A well-kept place, like the dishes and the quality of the raw materials used. Excellent service, menu, and wine list. Attentive and knowledgeable young staff, kind. We had a very good time. The price was adequate for the service offered. The only flaw is the parking, a bit small for the structure, as it also acts as a hotel, places are limited. However other than that, I highly recommend

Unfortunately not really worth the trip. I understand that tourists receive less attention than regular customers - but unfortunately the service was not good. The food looked more sophisticated than it tasted. All in all ok but not worth the money.

At Nicolin you are never disappointed; the level of cuisine has always remained at its highest over the years. Competitive prices. Not suitable for those who evaluate based on quantity.

Excellent for a quick lunch without too many pretensions. Well-prepared cuisine, sometimes a little too simple, features tradition and excellent quality ingredients. I have missed the extra push in terms of balance on the palate several times, often very neutral, not very tasty or umami. Overall it is an excellent restaurant with formal but playful and very professional service. It's a shame about the lack of long gluten-free pasta but on the other hand the gluten-free bread is excellent.

Ho soggiornato per una notte all'Hotel Nicolini e cenato presso il ristorante. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno, da segnalare l'eccellente livello di pulizia, l'ampiezza della stanza, la comodità del letto e la qualità del sonno grazie alla posizione e all'ottima insonorizzazione della camera. All'arrivo, l'ospite trova la porta della stanza completamente aperta, in segno di accoglienza, ma non tutti magari gradiscono. Colazione in linea con un tre stelle, con prodotti di ottima qualità. Personale disponibile. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, menù che spazia tra carne e pesce, buona materia prima, carta dei vini ricca di opzioni tutte di ottima qualità, servizio rapido e cortese. Ottimo il pane, i grissini e i dolci fatti in casa. Prezzi della carta non per tutti, anche se come ospite dell'hotel ho apprezzato uno sconto inaspettato. Posateria con forchette un poco sbilanciate nel peso e di difficile maneggio in ausilio al taglio.
