Nicolin In Lecco

Stayed in the hotel. Shower was a bit weird. Breakfast was fairly limited.

This place has its advantages, but unfortunately many disadvantages. It is a very good place as a base for visiting the area around Lake Como and the hotel includes parking in the price... But everything in this hotel is claustrophobic. The room where the bed fits and there is 50 cm to each wall, it is hard to turn around in the shower, and sitting on the toilet you can simultaneously wash your hands in the sink and rest your feet on the shower cabin which is on the other side of the bathroom ;) Breakfast, although good, is very poor (despite the fact that it is a restaurant) because there is NOTHING from the warm dishes, scrambled eggs on a platter 3 seconds after being brought it was already winter, no heated bain-marie. I can boldly list everything that was at breakfast - winter scrambled eggs, winter dough pretending to be pizza on a thick layer, tomato, mozzarella, cheese, 2x cold cuts, jams, cereals and a few sweets... and also yoghurts;)

Very nice hotel and restaurant with very pleasant and attentive staff. The room is very clean, large, and modern. The owner speaks French and is very friendly and cheerful. The breakfast is high-quality and delicious, with fresh produce. Free parking is available.

Very well maintained and quiet setting, unseen wine list. Beautifully presented and tasty dishes. Friendly service.

It looks like a new hotel, although it is listed as a 3 star, the room can handle a high standard 4 star hotel in every way. The staff is nice and willing to help with any questions or requests.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay and dining experience at Nicolin. It was truly a fantastic place, with delicious food and exceptional staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We certainly hope to return!

Prima volta al Nicolin. Ambiente molto carino e raffinato. Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione di pesce, assolutamente consigliato per qualità delle materie prime e per le porzioni soddisfacenti. Servizio impeccabile, soprattutto la giovane cameriera, che ci ha accompagnato nella degustazione, sempre con un sorriso splendido. Assolutamente consigliato, ci torneremo.
