A lovely place with incredibly friendly staff. The menu features Roman cuisine, along with house specialties to discover. The scamorza with crispy pancetta is highly recommended for appetizers, along with the perfectly tender swordfish, cooked to perfection, and the super-fresh beef tartare. After a perfect appetizer, the first course of the day, Gricia with Artichokes. Simply spectacular. The rib-eye steak was cooked to perfection and with just the right amount of fat, perfect. After a warm apple pie, the evening ended beautifully. The icing on the cake is Nello, a wonderful and cheerful person! Go there!

A special thanks goes to Antonello, whom the owners hit the jackpot with, "THE" waiter, who truly deserves a thousand compliments. He's one of those people who make the difference: kind, smiling, always present but never intrusive. You can tell he knows the dishes and wines well, because he makes perfect recommendations and makes the meal even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such attentive and professional service—really good! After a long day at work, he even manages to make you laugh! The prices are a little above average, but more than justified by the overall quality. Here, you pay for the quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation, and the impeccable service. From appetizer to dessert, every course is a testament to excellence. In short, a place I recommend without hesitation: excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere, and top-notch staff.
