A fried food shop in the heart of Salerno, offering a selection of pasta dishes. Freshly made express food, very good. The owner is very kind and helpful, always ready to offer advice. We stopped by for lunch and returned two days later for an aperitivo. Highly recommended for a quick meal.

Easy to miss it, but so glad we didn't during our stay in Salerno. This little kitchen on a wall is a gem run by a single man, and it is trully something authentic. The food is simple, but freshly prepared with good quality ingredients, most pasta is homemade too. We saw quite a few locals go there as well, and the prices are almost unbeatable.

Run single-handedly by Mr. Nicolas Burti, who takes your order, expertly cooks, and serves each dish with warm, friendly service, it feels like dining in a friend’s kitchen. We were seven and everything we tried was outstanding: the crispy fried pizza and calzone were deliciously satisfying, the rice balls perfectly crafted, and the aglio olio pasta stood out with its balanced, spicy kick made just as we requested. Without a doubt, this was the best dinner we had in Salerno. When we return, Ni Burti will be our first stop to relive this memorable meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine, home-style Italian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent street food, but served with love at small tables under the portico. The best fried food in Salerno (of all kinds). Nicola prepares everything freshly in his small kitchen. Truly everything is delicious. Definitely worth repeating.

What a delightful discovery! Nicola, the owner and all-rounder of this business, is incredibly patient, and you have to adapt to his schedule. There's limited seating outside, and everything, absolutely everything, is prepared fresh. The quality is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, and Nicola boasts experience rooted in Cilento and Neapolitan traditions. Esta puede ser mi primera crítica que he escrito sobre un restaurante. Nos topamos con este agujero en la joya de la pared por casualidad.
