The heritage of Salerno that adds value in any sense in the hearts of all the people who visit. I was there only briefly for a quick lunch, but for me it was so memorable and exciting, it left an unmistakable mark on me. Mr. Nicola welcomed me warmly and prepared the fried pizza very crispy and fragrant, it gave me a wonderful feeling. Then the potato zeppola that I ordered afterwards (I couldn't resist) was truly out of this world, as everyone here says I have never eaten one so good in my life. Thanks also to the affectionate personality of Mr. Nicola and friends/regular customers, I felt welcome in the convivial atmosphere. Soon I absolutely must bring my husband and our daughter, they will appreciate it very much too. Thank you so much for the special moment from Alba di Roma!

Here we are talking about street food, fast food, our dear grandmother's house... I don't know how to define it... but I can guarantee that Nicola prepares the dishes at the moment, with the true tastes of our land tending towards the flavors of Cilento, all with the utmost cleanliness... not to mention the phenomenal frying, I honestly don't know how he manages to bring the super crunchy dishes very dry, that is, not even the baker's paper gets greasy! Trying is believing!... this evening I'll show you the freshly fried potato zeppole, calamari cuoppo and fried calzone with mozzarella and cooked ham... but I guarantee you that the spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper are no different... everything is made on the spot by Mr. Nicola who puts a lot of love into his dishes, which is why you will have to wait a bit, so either be patient or I advise you to call and have the dishes prepared... don't expect the classic restaurant, here you will eat divinely but on the street!

It’s a pity that we were in Salerno so little, you can dine at Ni Burti every day and enjoy superbly prepared pasta, salad, appetizers and, most importantly, communication with Nicola. The ingredients are chosen and prepared with love, it is very, very tasty❤️‍🔥 We recommend it to everyone who knows that only a true master can prepare simple dishes perfectly. We discovered this place while walking through the streets of Salerno and we were immediately struck. A small but very welcoming place, especially the owner. Typical and refined cuisine, food prepared and cooked on the spot. Fresh and crunchy fried fish. A corner where you can stop to eat and relax. I recommend it!
