10/08/2025: I've never found a restaurant like this before. Congratulations to the owners. I've been coming here with my partner for a year, and we're increasingly satisfied with this restaurant, despite the difficulty in booking because it's always full. I couldn't choose which of the dishes we've tasted would be the best if I had to name a classic. Each one is an explosion of unique aromas and flavors—perhaps the raw ham, because I love it a little more—the quality is excellent. The chef pays attention to every detail, from preparation to presentation, from homemade bread to desserts. The wait staff is very kind and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended. See you tomorrow evening; after two weeks, we finally managed to book in advance. My mouth is already watering.
