New pizzerellone In Saltrio

I had stopped ordering pizza during COVID due to poor hygiene and the odd type of wood used for the oven (pressed logs). I stopped by recently and noticed the music has changed, but the pizza was still good. The dough is slightly dark, made with a blend of flours, enriched with sesame, poppy, and chia seeds; it's unique yet light and flavorful. One thing: peel the grilled peppers better on the vegetarian version. The atmosphere is like a local takeout pizzeria. However, if you don't overthink it, the substance is there.

A sure thing, top ingredients, very good pizzas, friendly and fast staff, punctual orders. Highly recommended.
