01/08/2024: I went for dinner with my family on a Wednesday evening. The wait for the food was endless. About an hour. Then we went up to collect our order (the internal room is located on the lower floor) and as we approached I noticed that our sandwiches were already on the counter where a guy was arguing with the employee about his order, talking OVER our bring. No comment. We bring food down, go back up to get drinks. I'm going back down. I go back up because they forgot to give me the sauce. Third trip. Halfway through the meal, which was now completely frozen, I realized that the mushrooms I had asked to add to my plate were also missing but I decided to eat what was left. On the way out I made a note to the employee who told me I should go back to the counter immediately to get my mushrooms. So as if that wasn't enough, it was my fault for not complaining enough. In short, the food is good but the service formula needs to be reviewed. Sin. I will not return under these conditions.
