20/10/2025: Rosso Rubino immediately amazed us. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and truly friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The food? A constant surprise. We tried the giardiniera, the risotto, the braised agnolotti, the fried mushrooms (truly incredible), the schiciola, the pork belly with a spectacular crust, and the diaphragm: every dish is carefully crafted, with top-notch ingredients and unforgettable flavors. The wines are also well-chosen and pair perfectly with the dishes. Plus, the prices are fair. A truly memorable experience for those who love good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth trying again!
