We entered by chance from the street. The ice cream is very good, you can see how it is made in the room next door. It is definitely worth it!

Great ice cream, but the service leaves much to be desired. This evening two people behind the counter: one worked non-stop with a long line of customers, the other moved extremely slowly, apparently only busy "cleaning" the ice cream with a rag from one container to another. The result? An endless wait and a frustrating experience. Too bad, because the product deserves much better.

Very good ice cream, excellent gluten-free options, a wide variety of flavors, generally well-prepared and kind staff except for one girl who served me after lunch, not very smiling and visibly annoyed! It's a shame because when the place has all the credentials to be TOP, you then stumble upon staff who are not well-prepared to deal with the public and you feel bad, basically all you need is a smile on your face and the energy changes immediately! P.S. for those with children, on Thursdays all children up to 10 years old do not pay for every paying adult, I don't know if this nice thing is still there because I didn't pay attention to the sign displayed anymore! There is air conditioning and a place to sit, the bathroom is not to be underestimated so it is an ice cream shop that has all the credentials to be TOP. It is located in a central point, on foot you can get to the center in a quarter of an hour!

Amazing gelato, absolutely perfect

Glacier à la grande devanture attirante et aux bons avis qui nous donnent confiance. Cependant je vous conseille de regarder les parfums avant de passer à la borne pour payer (vous prenez un ticket, puis vous aller à une borne électronique pour payer votre format, et ensuite vous allez devant la vitrine faire vos choix de parfums, je vous recommande donc de d’abord regarder les parfums). Il y a peu de places assises mais il y en a une dizaine à l’intérieur. Les toilettes sont dans un état déplorable. Si on se fie au dicton « montre moi tes toilettes pour vérifier la propreté de ta cuisine » eh bien y a de quoi partir en courant! La vanille n’a aucun goût. Le serveur est blasé. Si vous prenez un grand cornet à 6€ il ne sera pas rempli et la quantité correspondra à celle du moyen à 4€, sauf si vous êtes italien ou la glace sera généreuse …
