Welcoming, clean and helpful, I had even forgotten the key and they didn't make a fuss about giving me another one (obviously I hadn't lost it but left it at a friend's house), it didn't seem at all like described by other comments

Scelto a caso per uno spuntino veloce, siamo tornati più volte durante la nostra breve permanenza a Montecatini. Per l'ottima pizza (davvero speciale), ma soprattutto per la cortese accoglienza e ospitalità del personale. Consigliato!!
