Neta In Milano

Nuova location in via melzo per un sushi che era già valido, ma il vecchio locale non era all altezza di cibo e servizio. Qui e’ stato creato invece un gradevolissimo ambiente con mattoni rossi alle pareti, arredi curati e specchi alle pareti, di impatto visivo piacevole. Servizio professionale e gentile, che ti fa sentire ben accolto. Uramaki molto molto buoni, yakimeshi altrettanto, anche gli altri antipasti tutti ottimi, solo i noodles udon in brodo unico piatto non riuscito e non di livello. Il menu’ dei piatti cucinati potrebbe essere leggermente ampliato, magari in futuro. Possibilità di bere anche dei cocktails, carta dei vini non enorme ma valida e con buone etichette. Bravi.

I had dinner at this restaurant and the thing I liked most was definitely the food. All good, especially the Nighiri and the tartare. Perhaps for the price I would have expected a more attentive and attentive service. The environment is very small but overall welcoming. Advise!

Very good sushi in a small nice setting.

Il locale è abbastanza piccolo, ha i tavoli un po’ troppo ravvicinati che spesso creano un po’ troppa confusione. E’ un locale di design curato nei dettagli. Bella la possibilità di mangiare al banco abbinando alle portate dei cocktail studiati appositamente. Sushi di qualità, pesce fresco e un buon servizio. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la varietà di nigiri e gli squisiti temaki. Ottimi i piatti non classici dei ristoranti di sushi. Prezzi medio/alti ma da tornarci di sicuro.

Neta in Viale Piave definitely exceeded my expectations. One of the most fascinating aspects is the possibility of sitting at the counter and closely observing the mastery of the chef while preparing the sushi. An experience that involves all the senses and allows you to appreciate not only the freshness of the fish, but also the care and precision that go into every single dish. The fish is superb: very fresh, cut with great care and of excellent quality. Each bite reveals clean, authentic flavors typical of high-end Japanese cuisine. To accompany the meal, we chose to dine with unfiltered sake, which turned out to be the perfect choice. The thicker texture and slightly sweeter flavors of unfiltered sake pair wonderfully with sushi, enhancing the notes of the fish without overpowering them. Overall, Neta is an experience that I highly recommend to those who love sushi and want to discover Japanese cuisine in an authentic and refined key.

Tried Miso + Riso Cantonese + Salmon Sushi: Salmon + Avocado rolls and also Temaki (sushi cone). Was taken by surprise how good the fresh salmon can be.

Intimate dinner with my boyfriend, top à la carte sushi! Difficult to find better in Milan.... A guarantee.
