Nerocarbone In Cagliari

Second time here and I will always come back. They don’t advertise much for gluten free but this is a dream for the ones who can’t eat gluten! They have the best gluten free pasta, some gluten free starters and a lot of gluten free deserts (tiramisu and lemon cheesecake are also gluten free). Also, the meet with truffle is great and you need to try the octopus starter! The staff is super super nice! Can’t recommend enough!

A truly beautiful and welcoming place, with clean bathrooms and excellent service. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The food was truly delicious; we had grilled octopus, two steaks, spaghetti carbonara, and for dessert, a tiramisu and a fruit platter—all excellent. I recommend going there if you're in Cagliari!

One of the best pastas I've ever eaten in my life and we are big eaters, impressive.

We stumbled upon this restaurant in Cagliari by chance and stopped for dinner. The waiter was very friendly from the start, but the overall service left a little to be desired. My husband had ordered a main course of mutton with roast potatoes, while I had ordered the beef tagliata with truffle and gorgonzola fondue with roast potatoes. When it came time to be served, I received the right dish with the wrong side (cucumber and tomato salad instead of roast potatoes), and my husband received the wrong dish with the right side (also a tagliata instead of mutton). We immediately pointed this out to the waiter, who took my husband's dish back and told me I could keep the dish with the wrong side and that he would bring me the roast potatoes "as an extra." Finally, my husband received his dish when I was already finishing mine, and I didn't receive the roast potatoes. Since I was almost finished, I told the waiter that there was no point in bringing the potatoes anymore. He apologized for all these mistakes and said we could choose a dessert, which would be on the house. My husband and I both chose dessert, and then we ended up finding one of them on the bill. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that he had meant to offer only one dessert, not two! What? You messed up both dishes, forgot a side dish, and then served my husband when I was almost finished, and you only offer one dessert!? That's not how it's done. It seems unprofessional! I have to say, the food is really good and the atmosphere is lovely, but the service and coordination in the kitchen definitely need improvement!

Excellent spot in Cagliari! I went with my 2 year old and wife and Marina and Chiara took excellent care of us and made wonderful recommendations. We absolutely loved the Fregula and will come back when we come back to Cagliari.

Ci sono capitato per caso in quanto vicino all'hotel in cui alloggiavo. La "location" non è esattamente bella o suggestiva, e comunque abbastanza fuori mano ... In più, era un giovedì e in orario un po' anticipato rispetto agli usi, quindi il locale era quasi vuoto. Però il cibo ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative! Un'ottima tagliata con contorno. Buono anche il dessert. Peccato mancasse la birra Ichnusa! Se proprio devo fare un'appunto, la colonna sonora di sottofondo non era proprio il massimo (suvvia ... "il ragazzo della via gluck" è roba dello scorso millennio!). Forse un po' caro (41 € per tagliata+birra+dessert+caffè), ma ormai i prezzi sono questi :( .
