The cat staff was healthy, selfish, and carefree. Prices are not based on the hour, but only on drinks and food. I don't think there were any snacks for sale to give to the cat staff. Also, although there were no playthings such as cat toys provided, it seemed like you could play with whatever toys you had on hand. The cat staff approached us as soon as we entered and climbed onto the tables and chairs. However, he didn't seem to like being petted very much. They played with the string. You cannot expect all the cats to be ready to be seen or cuddled, but in any case, since there are many of them, it is certainly possible to observe some of them wandering around the room. In our case one of the cats came to sit in a free chair at our table and was very company, even though he didn't like too many caresses. In any case, the stay was pleasant also due to the possibility of being able to choose one of the many board games available and the menu is also very rich, ideal both for a breakfast or a snack and for aperitifs or dinners and is absolutely adequate for the type of local: it's exactly what I expected, if not better. In fact, even the products that were served to us seemed fresh and freshly prepared. Creating the weekly offer was also an excellent strategy, which my group of friends and I were able to take advantage of. It's a great excuse to encourage people to meet in a nice place on a weekday, when the place is generally emptier and quieter. The staff is also very kind and qualified, especially the owner who is always ready to have a chat about the cats and their life stories. I highly recommend it to cat lovers like me!

If you love cats you cannot miss a visit to Nero Miciok where several cats are free to roam around and climb on tables and chairs undisturbed. They are not always sociable, on the other hand with all those people how can you not understand them? A wonderful and unique cat cafe in Palermo, the only one operating in Sicily. We decided to visit this cafeteria to enjoy a long beautiful sunny walk and explore Palermo’s Streets and we can definitely tell it was all worth going for. Staff are truly welcoming and friendly and so are their adorable cats. All cats seem to be happy, healthy and most of all loved by everyone. From the beginning, the experience was marked by an ominous omen: the absence of a simple "s" in the menu, leaving the term "pancake" orphaned of any plurality and throwing me into an exquisitely disconcerting confusion. Not knowing whether I should expect one or more of those desserts caused me a subtle but excruciating anguish, bordering on the limits of a crisis of the soul. When the dish was finally presented to me, the dish turned out to be sadly "edible", lacking the joy that every bite should bring. The other desserts, although acceptable, were unable to lift my spirits, which were now weakened by disappointment. But it wasn't so much the table that transfixed me, but rather the felines themselves, those beings who were supposed to embody comfort and placid company. Far from being docile friends, the cats proved to be grumpy and fiercely indifferent, almost as if they wanted to reject my need for quiet tooth and nail. A missed assault made me fear for my own safety, and my heart, once full of hope, fell victim to a deep shadow. I searched in vain for a glimmer of understanding in the owner's gaze, but he, with imperturbable disdain, evaded my questions during the order, as if my words had been wind dispersing among the foliage. And Pandarancio, the feline whose name echoed in my expectations as a promise of tenderness, became shy, almost haughty, ignoring my approaches and strengthening my already fragile sadness. Finally, with a defeated soul, I decided to abandon Miciock, carrying with me the weight of an unexpected disappointment. And it was then that, with a final gesture, I was offered a discount of a single euro. A tiny sign, yes, but enough to make me question my final decision. Perhaps, I thought, there is still the possibility of a future return, of an unexpected redemption for that place which, like a sunset in the clouds, was able to obscure my expectations. I conclude this report, therefore, with my heart poised between disenchantment and hope, like a castaway who, looking at the horizon, glimpses a faint light, uncertain whether it is salvation or a mere illusion. Good environment, kind and affectionate owners with cats and customers (once they helped me by offering me a bag of raffia since I had to carry a cake on my bike), delicious cakes and sweets, cats are not like mine who don't let you eat don't worry 😜, they keep to themselves but when you eat they come closer to keep you company. You can feel the effort and passion of the shop owners, who are also active in initiatives to help felines on the streets.

A wonderful place to spend an afternoon or evening in the company of lots of soft and furry friends. Very clean place with an almost homely atmosphere, very good quality food, very friendly staff.
