Sometimes the best things are right under your nose! First time at the restaurant down the street, excellent experience. Excellent food with generous portions, fresh fish, a knowledgeable and passionate owner, and a remarkably kind young lady serving us!

Located in a strategic position where cordiality is the protagonist of this restaurant I was impressed. I think I unexpectedly came across one of the best seafood restaurants in Rome. Oysters with a nice “G” underneath Exceptional wine also by the glass, Spaghetto allo scoglio breathtaking! Recommended for any type of occasion. Compliments to the owners 🙂

We dined at this restaurant on a quiet Tuesday evening, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The fish displayed at the entrance was very fresh, and the salt crusted dish looked delicious — we will definitely try it next time. Instead, we opted for other dishes and the start was surprising: the squid in squid ink with unripe apricots, red onion (very delicate) and orange was not just an appetizer, but a real explosion of flavors, well-balanced and original. Next, an octopus salad prepared to perfection, with a truly impeccable consistency. For the first courses, I chose a SG pasta with squid ink, well-seasoned and full of flavor. My companion opted for an off-menu: pasta with mussels, pecorino and cherry tomatoes. Judging by his enthusiastic comments, it was simply divine. We finished with two desserts: a truly delicious trinchetto and a perfectly balanced lemon sorbet, fresh and not excessively sweet. Kudos to the friendly and attentive wait staff. Starting the meal with an oil tasting was a very welcome treat.

It's been a while since I went there and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. Refined dishes always balanced and surprising. Quality raw materials, you can see that they do their job with love. The passion they put into it is found in the dishes and also in the service. Excellent choice of wines too.
