We had the pleasure of dining at Nenna Nè in Foggia the night before a fencing competition, and the experience was simply perfect. Our athletes from the San Marco Fencing Academy chose this restaurant for their pre-competition dinner, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The setting is welcoming, with attention to detail and a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, attentive to the needs of a large group like ours. The highlight? Without a doubt, the excellent cacio e pepe pasta: just the right amount of creaminess, flavorful, balanced, and made with quality ingredients. A simple yet perfectly executed dish that won over everyone, from the youngest guests to their chaperones. It was the ideal dinner before the fencing competition the next day: light yet tasty, perfect for energizing our athletes. We highly recommend Nenna Nè to anyone in Foggia who wants to enjoy excellent cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! 🥇🍝

A lovely, welcoming place, with a kind and helpful owner. The food is good, with carefully prepared dishes and carefully selected ingredients, so you're definitely eating well. My meat-based second course was truly excellent. But... The problem, however, is the service time: there were three couples, and having ordered three different starters, we found ourselves eating at staggered times (and not by a few minutes, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this). The starters arrived quite late, so those who were served first tried to wait, only to end up with cold plates. In the end, everyone ate separately, completely losing the sense of a shared dinner. And don't tell me everything is freshly prepared; that's obvious in a good restaurant; I don't expect anything pre-cooked. You have to be organized to manage the lids, even when the room is full. The same slowness and disorganization was evident among the other courses. When you go to dinner with friends, you expect to spend time together and chat, not sit in shifts like in a cafeteria and wait tediously. A real shame, because it wouldn't take much to improve the experience here.

Nenna Nè is a must-try if you're passing through Foggia. The restaurant is well-maintained and welcoming, and even the playlist was sophisticated and enjoyable to accompany dinner. The service was friendly and attentive. The dishes were unique and spectacular, a riot of flavors. We tried various dishes and nothing disappointed: from the tasty bombette to the delicious orecchiette with artichokes, to the tender suckling pig accompanied by a fantastic tzatziki, to the succulent sausages. A great blend of tradition and innovation, with quality products. Everything was truly excellent! I'll definitely be back! Compliments to the chef and the other women on the staff!

I was there last night and I have several things to say... I have to admit, the food was excellent, especially the very delicate suckling pig. I enjoyed the welcome entree with prosecco and a main dish. The location was simple, nothing special. The service was efficient and fairly quick. Unfortunately, I have to mention a few negatives, but they're subjective. The first is that we went for fish, and they only serve it on Wednesdays and Fridays... (Oh well). The second negative is the lack of prices on the appetizer menu... (In fact, a steal on three bombettes for almost 20 euros!!!!) The third negative is that they don't even take a 3 euro discount off your bill... we paid 98 euros, and look, other places do the same, but oh well... The fourth negative, and in fact, I think it's the worst... at the end of the evening, the very rude cook started smoking cigarettes inside the restaurant. A shocking lack of manners, and her loud laughter turned the evening from quiet to chaotic. That said, it's a shame because it was all good until the bill arrived, which I thought was high for some dishes, and especially until that woman came out of the kitchen. A passable rating, nothing more...

The modern restaurant that replaces, with all the trimmings, her grandparents' house: passion and love, flavors of the past that dialogue with the present and open to the world, joy and kindness, the slow life of the South that embraces you as soon as you sit at the table. The region as a priceless treasure and a starting point for Raffaella and her courageous team, always ready to explore new culinary paths. Foggia needed a place like this, and this is the address worth saving.

We discovered Nenna Nè thanks to a dinner voucher we received as a gift, and we were thrilled with our discovery. The place is charming and welcoming, with super-helpful staff. We felt at home from the first moment. The food is delicious and of excellent quality: all the dishes are prepared with passion and dedication, and this shines through. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. What can I say? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone looking for an authentic experience and excellent dishes!
