Cleanliness first and foremost, quality of products cooked expertly and with care, kind and helpful people starting from Roberto the owner and all his collaborators, ciro, massimo, antonio, vittorio, ivan, alessio and gaetano, prices largely average and could ask for more more for the taste of the same. Let's not forget that it is self-service, and you don't pay for the service, and you can leave the tray on the table at the end of lunch. At lunch there's a bit of a queue that goes away in just a few minutes, maybe because the food is good don't you think? In short, what more could you ask for, and as someone said.... "Seeing is believing". (The disparaging comments I have read are absolutely unfounded, all keyboard lions)

Well, pizza, crossaint and other dessert we ate were fine. However, the Check was not correct. According to menu, a cappucino costs 1,8€, but 2,5€ at the table which we should have paid. But, we are charged with 6€ for two cappucinos. I have talked to stuff about this and Point out the Price. The women at the cashier Counter was frustrating that I was carefull and asked about this. To cut a long story short: not approved. I do not recommend it!

My wife went to Naples for work, staying in a bed and breakfast that has an agreement with the Bar Cervantes for breakfast. As soon as they entered with a colleague they presented the ticket, they were welcomed with kindness and courtesy and they brought the order in a short time. The next day the waiter immediately welcomed them with a nice smile and a good morning and reminded them in a way the agenda of the previous day was astonishing, not so obvious given the amount of work in the bar. Furthermore, since in the end they took some pastries away, another waiter prepared them, recommending some local pastries, and packaged them perfectly to ensure correct transport without wrecking them. We are no longer used to this heat, in my city they often don't even look at you!!

Excellent breakfast and also the gastronomy. The service was great and fast. The staff were friendly and polite.

Since we came from Spain, we chose this place because the cafe's name is Cervantes. Like everywhere else in Naples, all the snacks here do not have sweet and salty options. Of course, since we are in Italy, the coffee everywhere is very good. I recommend you to go there.

We had an amazing time, a very busy place that always indicates good food with great atmosphere. A wide variety of food to choose from, and will require a repeat visit.

Good, but too expensive. 8.50 euros for two cappuccinos and two croissants! Price for tourists.☹
