Marta cucina d’aMare: a true declaration of love for taste! What can I say… Marta cucina d’aMare is one of those discoveries that make you say “finally!”. A restaurant where the quality is very high and you can taste that every dish is made with passion, care and a touch of genius. The tuna tataki? Simply amazing. The tuna was very fresh, cooked to perfection, truly a dream. Then the fried food… one of the best I’ve ever eaten: light, dry, tasty, and you couldn’t even taste the fried food! A rare delicacy. The pasta dishes deserve an honorable mention: in addition to the classic seafood dish, already a bomb in itself, we fell in love with the hazelnut linguine. A surprising, elegant, creamy, balanced dish — top quality indeed! The wine, chosen with taste and intelligence, accompanied everything beautifully. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service attentive and smiling. The location is perfect, but the real strength is her: Marta, the owner, a professional with a capital P, who manages to combine passion and competence in everything she does. We will definitely be back, and with many friends! We hope to find new proposals, but also all those fantastic dishes that have already won us over. Well done Marta, truly d’Amuri!
