A tavern run by young people but with the quality of a forgotten time. The service is done by friendly people and the dishes are all of the highest quality. The simple house wine is also excellent. And in the end the bill is a positive surprise: you will leave happy. I will return at the first available opportunity.

Fantastic. Excellent food, wine lists up to par. Honest prices. You can also eat special things like fried lampredotto meatballs. Try it you won't regret it

There is a medical scale at the entrance. Weigh yourself before and after 😃. The food is delicious. The waiter is amazing, he talks about each dish and doesn't suggest anything. Cool decor, old hits in the background.

Sono stata molte volte in questo locale sia a pranzo che a cena i coccoli sono speciali .Il servizio è sempre ottimo.Le portate che ho preso ,specialmente i primi.Menzione speciale per i dolci Prezzi ottimi

Da Nedo è sempre un piacere! Che si tratti del pranzo di lavoro o la cena in compagnia, si trovano sempre delle ottime proposte gastronomiche, ben cucinate e servite in ambiente molto simpatico. Da segnalare le tartare, originali e ben equilibrate. Molto interessante e non banale anche la carta dei vini.

Had lunch in this lovely restaurant which offers very homely Florentine style cuisine of excellent quality. The staff were courteous and helpful. A joy to rediscover a still authentic Florentine reality that our splendid Florence now dreams of in the historic center!!! Last but not least, at least at lunch the price is absolutely inviting!! Ah, I forgot the excellent "tiramisu-like" dessert which has nothing to envy of traditional tiramisu!! Well done! We will definitely be back.

Now a safe haven. Varied, non-dispersive menu and always excellent quality. Niccolò and Lorenzo, the two brothers who own the place, are respectively the chef and the waiter and sommelier, kindly prepared and always ready to satisfy the customer's requests. Good quality and choice of wines in price ranges, always in combination with the menu. Recommended both for a short stop during a lunch break and for a dinner to be enjoyed more calmly.

10/06/2025: Well… a formal Italian restaurant “For Tourists”. This is the typical “I wanna do what Locals do” experience… The restaurant is visibly retro… not very well-kept for how formal it is. Visibly dated… but not in a good way. Let’s start with their strong point, they are always available… there is often space, and the service is impeccable (they are very attentive and kind). Now, let’s get to the dishes… We tried the cold cuts and 2 first courses, with the usual glass of wine. Let’s start with some cold cuts that could be those and the tray (neither infamy nor praise)… even if the price is not that of the tray. While the 2 first courses were long pasta with mushrooms, and the other with Lampredotto. Eh… and here’s the problem: The 2 first courses are IDENTICAL… the mushrooms have no flavor, there is only the hint, barely the smell. You can only taste the garlic and parsley… just like in the first course with Lampredotto, tasteless… just garlic and parsley. This is to say that you can’t make the same soup and then sauté it with poor quality condiments… or at least not from the fridge (and who knows how long ago, to be so tasteless). Okay, Average place…
10/06/2025: The hotel receptionist recommended it to me, as they have certain agreements with several hotels in the city. It's a traditional Florentine restaurant. I found it expensive and not particularly special, though. A very average tiramisu for €12.

09/06/2025: Walking through the streets of the center of Florence, we came across this family-run tripe shop, attracted by the desire to taste one of the most authentic specialties of Florentine street food: lampredotto. The owners welcomed us with great kindness and, during the wait, they passionately told us the history of lampredotto and their business, making the experience even more fascinating. And what about the lampredotto and the boiled meat? Simply exceptional! So good that we went back three times in just two days. A must-see place for those who want to taste the true flavors of Tuscan tradition.
