Everything was excellent...I chose the chef's tasting menu, and I have to say, it was truly delicious. It's traditional cuisine with a twist. Simple flavors that are always enjoyable, with a touch of innovation. I highly recommend it!

I visited this seafood restaurant and was thrilled: every dish was truly delicious, prepared with the freshest ingredients and with meticulous attention to detail. The service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly from start to finish.
Special mention goes to the chef, who managed to surprise me by offering me a tuna tartare that I don't usually enjoy... and yet I devoured it! Truly delicious, a real discovery.
A place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a quality dinner and to feel pampered. I'll definitely be back!

A true hidden gem in Salerno, this small, family-run restaurant is exceptional. The cuisine is simple yet superb. The ingredients are incredible, crafted just right to bring out their flavors. For me, it's definitely the best restaurant in Salerno.

This evening we ate at Ciardo' and it was a fantastic experience, a true journey.
Chef Francesco and his family made our evening unforgettable. Dishes are meticulously prepared, from the ingredients used to the table setting.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti estremamente colpiti dalla cura in cucina: freschezza e qualità del pesce, presentazione creativa, armonia dei sapori, originalità dei piatti dai quali si percepisce l'attenzione ai dettagli. L'atmosfera è accogliente e curata: è un ambiente piacevole nel quale ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Il personale è gentile, discreto e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza, dimostrando una grande competenza e una cordialità che rende la cena ancora più piacevole. Grazie perché, stati benissimo !
