A veritable shower of top Calabrian products, stunning platters, enormous with all the highest quality and freshest products, excellent wine, very fair prices, unlimited quality food and drink, all accompanied by the owner's friendliness and helpfulness. I'm from Maranello, but when I'm in Novara again, I'll definitely be back, a guarantee! Anduja!

Stupendous. A corner of Calabria in Novara. Fresh products of excellent quality and a very kind owner. A platter full of cold cuts and cheeses and very good wine. Highly recommended

Trattoria Tiro a Segno

23/09/2025: It was a pleasant discovery. Pleasant atmosphere, professional and friendly service, and excellent cuisine. Few dishes, but well-made and beautifully presented, with traditional local dishes (the "tapulone") and other well-revisited Piedmontese dishes. The meat was excellent (diaphragm...) and there was a good selection of cheeses. We returned a second time a year later and... same result...great atmosphere and... the food was good!!!!
07/09/2025: This trattoria is a surprise. The care that Davide, the owner and chef, has put into revitalizing this old farmhouse is heartfelt. And you'll find the same care in his dishes, simple but made with quality ingredients. It's wonderful to be welcomed by his smile and the kindness of his girls. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

16/11/2025: Fantastic! We really had a great time. The location is stunning. The service is very attentive. The dishes are exquisitely refined, a return to the past that leaves the customer satisfied. We'll be back because it was truly worth it! The chef is kind and helpful.
14/10/2025: Spectacular culinary experience to celebrate my birthday! Words fail to describe it, a feast for the taste buds! The staff was young and friendly, not your typical pompous restaurant!
