Nat'tur In Vinchiaturo

A restaurant inspired by simplicity, overlooking the hillside lake of Vinchiaturo. A pleasant place where you can eat excellently in a friendly and, above all, informal atmosphere. Popular with locals, this little restaurant exudes authenticity and friendliness. The cuisine is almost entirely inspired by local traditions. Everything we ate was excellent. From the farro soup to the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, as well as the tagliolini with white truffle. And then the battered cod prepared by a top-notch chef. Everything was excellent! Well done. Highly recommended!

First of all, the location is truly surrounded by nature. A beautiful lake and woods surround the restaurant. The selection of food is more than extensive. Unfortunately, there are only 5 stars available because the quality is so high. I would have liked to try more dishes, but unfortunately, I was alone at the table. The cod was outstanding, both with gnocchi and vegetables and fried in batter; the pairing with the chickpea cream was delicious. Service was courteous and timed correctly (neither slow nor fast). The price (cost/quality ratio) was more than reasonable. I will definitely return for other dishes. Congratulations.

A beautiful escape in nature with delicious and simple Molise style food. We had crioli with ragù and it came with super tender cuts of beef and sausage on the side. They always have yummy pasta and grilled meat. Can’t beat the views of nature. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.

Very good food and tasty local dishes. Meat (beaf, lamb, pork) is super! Place is wonderful and relaxing.

A popular spot for bikers and fishermen. The lake is now dry. Nice staff, but service is a bit slow. Good prices. Very good food. Very noisy.

We had family lunch on August 15th. Everything was perfect except for the afternoon storm.

Natural location. There's open space, not many tables, but the quality is great. Average prices, and the young staff are good.

A quaint little place on the shore of a man-made lake. The appetizers and meats are top-notch. Prompt service and very friendly and helpful waiters. The price is fair.
