Almost a positive experience, except that the cashier called me out in front of the entire store... Saying... She didn't pay!!!! I had to hold the receipt two centimeters from her face to show her I had paid..... Oh well.... But respect for the customers. There were not many people, I paid and then you tell me in front of everyone.... But she DIDN'T pay.....in front of everyone..... No thanks... Last time I'll come. Good food though.

Service was a little slow, but otherwise everything was really good.

This morning I had a wonderful breakfast at Natoo. The girl who served me, Octavia, I think, was super nice and kind. I had a bit of a rough morning, but she managed to make me smile, warmed up my sandwich (delicious, I must say) and put a smile on my cappuccino 🥹 Excellent service from her and fast too. Thank you so much!!!! It made my day!!!

I've been going to Natoo for a daily coffee for 8 years. I compliment Masha, Cristina, and Ottavia for their kindness, friendliness, and speed. Unfortunately, I don't find the same qualities in the other girls.

Octavia was particularly kind and with her friendliness made the coffee break - and the whole morning - more pleasant!

The staff is lovely. I'll definitely be back.
