At Natoo, every time I see and meet Cristina and Mascia, it's a real pleasure. They're so kind and cheerful. Thanks to them, the place comes to life. Besides being kind, they're truly patient with their increasingly demanding customers. It's a pleasure to sip Natoo's delicious coffee and watch them work. Congratulations on the delicious sandwiches.

Almost a positive experience, except that the cashier called me out in front of the entire store... Saying... She didn't pay!!!! I had to hold the receipt two centimeters from her face to show her I had paid..... Oh well.... But respect for the customers. There were not many people, I paid and then you tell me in front of everyone.... But she DIDN'T pay.....in front of everyone..... No thanks... Last time I'll come. Good food though.
