Nativo In Perugia

06/09/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they gave us a choice of two tables, despite being booked on most of the others. Menu choice was small but varied to accommodate different tastes. All authentic to the region and locally produced. The food was exceptional. No other words for it. The taste exquisite, presentation superb and sizing just right (not too small to leave you hungry, not to large to feel uncomfortable stuffed). I wish I'd taken photos, but I tucked in and couldn't stop till we'd finished. I had sliced steak with salad, my husband had a wild boar pasta dish and lamb chops. Delicious 😋

09/06/2025: Inaspettato!!! Scelta per puro caso mentre ritornavamo da un viaggio,e tutti siamo rimasti deliziati dalla qualità veramente super degli affettati e formaggi,anche i primi hanno fatto la loro figura ma la carne cotta sulla brace al momento è stata superlativa,veramente succulenta! E non sto esagerando credetemi! Accoglienza e cordialità top! Non c'è una carta di vini,d'altronde ci dobbiamo ricordare che stiamo in un'osteria e maggior parte dei prodotti provengono dalla stessa azienda agricola ma se ti fidi e assaggi quello della casa..ahhh che te lo dico a fa 🤤 !!! ( lo dice una sommelier Ais) Una piccola pecca però c'è...mannaggia mannaggia i dolci poca scelta. Ma il proprietario ci ha proposto un liquore ai fiori di sambuco....eeee tanta roba. Quindi nel complesso direi Ottimo qualità prezzo.
