This is the first time that I had Kyrgyz cuisine. I was mainly interested because I plan to attend the World Nomad Games in September, and wanted to get some idea of what can be expected. I think the dishes that need to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance would be quite interesting and add to the cultural experience, if you will. We sampled as much as our stomachs could bear and I avoided the things that looked more like dishes that are common in western versions of east asian cuisine. So, tried many of the dumplings, all of which were tasty, but I would highly recommend above all else the Ciuciupara - similar to tortellini in broth. Also, the fig and hazelnut cake was very nice - not dry at all. I would very much like to return and try the dishes which need to be reserved!

Great dinner. You can really feel the care and attention of Kyrgyz cuisine in the dishes. The staff is very friendly and kind, and the prices are fair and consistent with what you get.

We arrived early, and the owner immediately seated us. Packaged breadsticks were on the table to pass the time. We ordered a first course and a second course to share. The wait was long despite the restaurant being empty. The first course was plentiful and hot, very flavorful. The second course was a no-no; the lamb was all bone and barely any meat—hardly even a child could eat it. We then ordered a dessert to share—well, good, but nothing special. And we finished with a jasmine tea, which I must say warmed us up and helped with our digestion at the end of the meal. The total, as shown on the receipt, was a bit overpriced for what we ate. We'll definitely be back, but only for the first courses; the second courses aren't worth the visit. Important note: after eating at Nasip, remember that all the clothes you were wearing must be washed, including your jacket, because it stinks terribly of food and not even leaving it out to air out for a whole day will make the horror go away.

Initially, we found out about this restaurant from Instagram Reels. Honestly, this is the best Central Asian food I've ever had. The suprising part is that my girlfriend and I, both of us are originally from Kazakhstan and now we live in the Veneto region. And even back in Kazakhstan I never tried anything this good! The interior is cozy... decorated with traditional ornaments and paintings inspired by Central Asian nomads. Furthermore, the staff are very kind, welcoming and pleasant. The manty con carne taste like real homemade food, and the lagman is just outstanding - better than in any restaurant in Kazakhstan! Who would have thought that the most delicious Central Asian cuisine is located here, in Sardegna? Чоң рахмат! / Көп рахмет сізге!
