29/10/2024: Biagio and his wife Viky are Beinasco's historic pizza chef couple. They opened their restaurant when they were very young, about thirty years ago, in the center of Beinasco. They immediately stood out for their friendliness, good pizza (with a wood oven) and home cooking. Nothing to say about the quality of the raw materials. In recent times, for reasons beyond their control, they moved to where we find them now in Strada Torino 138 - Beinasco. The new wood oven is better and offers perfect cooking. The small number of tables allows Viky to welcome and serve customers in the best possible way, always with the usual and always young smile. In the upper part of the room is the oven, near which Biagio juggles the dough, willingly exchanging a few words with the customers. In short, if you want a good pizza, made with genuine raw materials and a welcoming and simple environment, "La Capricciosa" is the pizzeria for you. Good choice of beers and drinks available. Suitable for young couples and small families.
