Nàpiz' In Milano

A diverse group of great people! Friendly, fast, and welcoming. Excellent service and excellent pizza.

Personally, this is my favorite pizza in Milan. The service is excellent, even though the waiters are always rushing because of the crowds. The prices are normal for the city. The desserts are good. There's no cell phone signal inside the restaurant, but they do have free Wi-Fi. In short, it's always worth coming here for a pizza, and they also have a great spicy oil to add to your food.

We visited at the end of November 2025 with our family of three. We arrived in Milan from Barcelona before noon, dropped off our luggage at our apartment, and went for lunch. We had researched that there was a Japanese chef, but we were surprised when a young Asian waiter spoke to us in Japanese after we were seated. It turned out the Japanese chef was working as a waiter that day. We planned to drink plenty of wine, so we asked for an appetizer before the pizza, and they brought out a platter of prosciutto and burrata that wasn't on the menu. It was great because you can't get Italian prosciutto in Japan right now. We ordered two recommended pizzas. One of them, a pizza served with tomato sauce and toppings on top of a freshly baked crust (the toppings weren't cooked), was a first for us, but it was a delicious and unique taste and experience that really boosted our spirits! In the end, we finished two bottles of wine and were treated to various complimentary after-dinner drinks. The tiramisu, which was confidently recommended, was also very satisfying. The restaurant was full, with not only tourists but also groups that looked like businessmen, suggesting it's a popular spot deeply rooted in the local community. As I chatted with the man, we discovered we had mutual acquaintances in Japan, making for a very enjoyable first meal in Italy. He said his ultimate goal is to open his own restaurant in Japan, so I don't know how long he'll be here, but I think anyone who visits, not just Japanese tourists, will enjoy this restaurant with its vibrant and fun Italian atmosphere.

Excellent pizza, undoubtedly the best in Milan. The staff is friendly and professional, and the place is well-maintained and welcoming. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon.

Amazing pizza and fantastic service

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We received a glass of sparkling wine and an amuse-bouche. The atmosphere was very Italian, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it; the value for money was superb. We paid €30 per person for a glass of wine, a pizza, and dessert.

Despite having requested a reservation by email, which was initially accepted then declined (because I had made a mistake with the month, a typo), I went in person anyway. The food was excellent, the servers were excellent. The pizza was superb, and the welcome was fantastic (everything was perfect). Thank you again for the warm welcome; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, which made up for the unpleasant person in the email exchanges. 😜

As I was traveling solo, being turned away by another restaurant. Decided to take a punt and looked up napiz. No regrets, as the aged pork hit the palette combining with the bread and the salads, everything made sense thank you.
