The menu had a great variety of rolls — it was hard to choose! I picked this one and it turned out delicious. Fresh fish, balanced filling, and the sauce didn’t overpower the flavor. Really happy with it. I counted the calories using the service shown in the photo. It was super easy and fast — took just a few seconds. Now I recommend it to everyone who’s watching their diet.

Standing before the colorful and inviting window on Via di Bravetta, we were greeted with great warmth and professionalism. It was an exceptional dinner, to say the least, the quality of which we'd never experienced before. The dishes, distinguished by their refined composition and fresh ingredients, are already eager to try them again. The rolls are thinly layered with rice and contain a generous amount of fish, and the toppings are varied and bold. Would you ever say that dessert at sushi is incredible? Yes, a dreamy crème brûlée. My very first experience at this place, and I was pleasantly surprised. We were warmly welcomed, but above all, we ate divinely, like few times in my life. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, the dish pairings were amazing, and the mix of flavors was surprising. Absolutely nothing like a run-of-the-mill AYCE restaurant, but even in the world of à la carte sushi, I'd go so far as to say that here I found a superior experience, where you can immediately sense the great work and research that goes into this place. For me, it's a must-try! Highly recommended
