Siamo stati alcune volte a questo ristorante senigalliese e vi confesso a volte con difficoltà. Il motivo ? Ci sono tre salette e d'inverno manca l'esterno e poichè si tratta di un locale decisamente ricercato, è bene non prenotare all'ultimo minuto in ogni giono della settimana (escluso il giovedì giorno di chiusura). Il mio amico Roberto, ristoratore di successo a Roma, lo trova fra i suoi prediletti e in effetti grazie a lui ne ho compreso il fascino. Se avessi fatto questa recensione tempo fa avrei dato il punteggio di 4/5 ma avendolo vissuto varie volte propendo per un convinto 5/5. La professionalità, a cui aggiungo grazie al fascino di chi ci ha seguiti, del servizio è una costante del ristorante. Le proposte dei piatti sono limitate ma indubbiamente di qualita, grazie alla materia prima sempre scelta con cura. Nella nostra ultima visita abbiamo mangiato un piatto fuori menu con gnocchi alla zucca con sugo di pannocchie, mentre come secondo dei calamari e gamberi. Da applauso il dolce/frutta chiamato carpaccio di ananas con sorbetto al mohito, indimenticabile. Per vino ci è stato consigliato un grillo siciliano molto apprezzato. Decisamente venire in questo locale è sempre un esperienza, poco importa se i piatti risultano del tutto ottimali ai nostri gusti. Prezzo in linea con l'esclusiva del locale e con l'indubbia qualità dei prodotti presenti nella cucina proposta.

Very nice experience, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, very good and particular food, excellent wine selection. Price worthy of the experience. I would definitely go back.

My favorite place ❤️ Atmospheric venue, competent and discreet service. Refined dishes, quality raw materials. On the desserts I expected more... I love profiteroles but the filling wasn't to my taste... not very enveloping. In any case, always recommended.

Bistro led by the great Chef Michele Giebbi, everything is taken care of with masterly care, every dish is an experience to try, this evening I tried the guinea fowl, probably the best I have ever eaten.... 5 stars are few.

A small restaurant with a limited choice of dishes, but precisely for this reason the quality of the food, the care of the service and the speed with which it is served on the table makes this place a surprise. Kindness and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend it

Best food I have eaten... probably ever. Booked this on a limb with 12 friends for our last night in Italy, was so surprised with how beautiful the restaurant is & how delicious the food is for the price! Wine was also amazing. Can recommend the octopus! Insane!

Ate and drank very well, the burnt rice is fabulous, the fish very fresh. A little pricey but if the products are excellent it can be accommodated.
