I had lunch at this restaurant, choosing the 500g steak (lunch menu). Unfortunately, of the 500 grams declared, more than half is bone and fat. The meat is good, as is the preparation, but the prices are quite high, and the €3 cover charge is excessive.

After seeing several videos on Facebook, I wanted to try this place, which I hadn't heard of.
There were two surprises:
- the first was the sheer quantity and variety of meats available. We ordered two steaks, including the "Nana," which were truly excellent. The appetizer, desserts, and beers were excellent.
- the second was that I expected to enter a grill restaurant, but in reality it is a grill restaurant, but more geared toward "jacket and tie," where the waiter pours water into your glass and tells you the ins and outs of what you're about to eat.
The price was accurate and in line with other meat restaurants; obviously, you can't look at a single euro more or less.
In conclusion, this place is suitable for meat lovers; perhaps if it were more "simple," it would attract more meat lovers, those who pick up bones with their hands and bite them clean.

I don't usually write reviews, but it's also true that I don't usually have experiences like this! Stunning space and atmosphere, wonderful convivial table, exquisite and extremely kind staff, exceptional cured meats and cured meats, never eaten like this... attention to every little detail. I add because it really touched us: at the end of the meal we met Gianluca, the owner, and we asked if it was possible to buy cured meats (made by him). He doesn't usually sell them... there are few... but he prepared 1 kg of Mangalica pancetta for us... and gave it to us "for the kilometers we traveled" (we're from Viareggio). We were truly speechless. I forgot: we came in at 12:45 and left at 4:00, we felt right at home. Thanks everyone, and see you soon!

WOW!!!! I had dinner over the weekend with friends. I personally, and my fellow diners, enjoyed the food from the first bite to the last.
The courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff were equally impressive. My compliments, truly.

I went with friends. They had a wide selection of meats from around the world and a very professional staff. It was a shame that our waiter was a bit hasty and fast that day.
Having been in the meat business for many years, I've clearly seen the work they do and was very attracted to it. They have a great knowledge and know how to enhance the raw materials, from their own cured meats to the meats themselves.
I highly recommend it. We had the charcuterie board, which was very special.
Then a tasting of Wagyu and two rib-eye steaks, one of which was very special, the Texas Wakan. The other was a Dutch Moi Moi.

Wherever you come from, taking home an authentic memory of taste, elegance, refinement, quality, and hospitality from La Spezia unmistakably means having visited Gianluca Nana's "butcher shop."
