The fame of Nana, and of the genius and skill of its owner actually precedes a culinary experience that is absolutely worth having, starting from the location; elegant and one of a kind, the staff are smiling, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, an original, inviting menu and, what is no less important, super clear!!!!
We wanted to start with a platter of home-produced cold cuts and local cheeses, which is to say, among the best I've ever tasted, the meat obviously being the fulcrum and strong point of this elegant venue. Enviable wine list.
In my humble opinion I expected the tiramisu to be better, mind you excellent, (I was attracted by this siphoned mascarpone)
The frothy cream-style mascarpone loses a little, obviously it's completely personal.
But otherwise everything on the menu is worth every penny.

Excellent meat. Surely the best meat I have eaten in Italy La spezia. Perfect treatment and a lot of kindness. Much more authentic and interesting. I will return and recommended to everyone I know!!!

Must try!
Driven by the social notoriety of this restaurant, we decided to try this experience.
Very well-kept and elegant venue, professional and warm welcome, prepared and helpful waitress.
After consulting the extensive menu, our choice fell on fassona tartare on marrow and Nana starter; followed by Florentine steak served with baked potatoes and smoked mashed potatoes.
On the maitre's advice, we accompanied the dinner with an organic red from Arezzo characterized by an excellent quality-price ratio.
For desserts we opted for the famous Nanamisù and lemon sorbet.
Overall an excellent dinner, worth making again!

In every dish you can perceive the passion behind it and the desire to do something.
Ossobuco and tartare something amazing like tasting wagyu.
Good wine list.
Very nice location inside although in front of La Spezia station.
The only flaw (in my opinion) were the desserts, discreet but after a top-notch lunch, we hoped to end the meal with equally spectacular desserts.
All in all it was a nice discovery,

We left Modena to spend our Valentine's evening here, choosing the tasting menu and we couldn't have made a better choice. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the MEAT. The care with which the various cuts are proposed is extreme. Each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail. We highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food!

Probamos este restaurante mientras nos alojamos en La Spezia. Está muy cerca de la casa de huéspedes en la que nos alojamos. Es un restaurante de carnes que sirve todo tipo de cortes de carne. Tuvimos una deliciosa cena allí. Tomé un filete de Black Angus, y mi esposo tomó el Wagyu, acompañado de papas y verduras, sin olvidar el excelente vino tinto.
