The restaurant is close to both the city center and the train station. There's some parking, but most are paid.
The restaurant is large and fairly clean, including the restrooms. There are also a few outdoor tables.
It's definitely a place for carnivores, and the menu is refined. The waitresses are friendly, and the grill is prepared by an excellent chef. The cuts of meat are good, as are the truly excellent desserts.
The real problem here is the prices. I understand the quality and attentive table service. But honestly, charging €25 or more for a main course is a no-brainer.

In the area, however, you can find excellent places at "human" prices.
The quality is unquestionable, but there's something that doesn't convince me: the cuts all seem the same, with the usual taste. Despite having been there several times, I've never been completely convinced. The service is punctual but often intrusive, with long presentations. The location remains unfortunate due to the lack of parking and the view of a busy area, and it's not exactly recommended. The owner may be technically a phenomenon, but on social media he's truly super-mega-hyper self-congratulatory, almost cloying.

A top place for top-notch meat. The nana selection and the various spices are fantastic. Some dishes and cuts of meat change regularly. The place is well-kept, very quiet, and free from chaos.

I've eaten at this restaurant four times in less than a year, and every time we've had a wonderful meal! Quality meat, a wide variety of choices. The wine selection is also very good. The only thing is that the waitresses are a bit lacking in a smile. Everything else is excellent!

Today for lunch, a gift from my partner for my birthday. I've been following Nana on Facebook for a while, and given Gianluca's recommendations for meat, I promised myself I'd go, even though it's not too close to where we live. Well, the experience was definitely pleasant and positive, I'd say in every way, starting with the welcome and the service. The staff is very attentive and customer-focused, ready to advise and describe the menu. We chose an appetizer to start, which immediately won us over with the flavors of their cured meats, accompanied by a truly special wine (Bonarda). We then moved on to the meat, which was an experience I'll remember for a long time. The flavors are unique and definitely worth trying. For the first time, I ate a sliced steak that didn't need any salt, oil, or anything else because the flavor was already perfect; adding salt would have ruined it. We barely managed to find room for dessert, but that did the trick, too. To cap off this fantastic experience, my partner left Gianluca's book at my table, complete with a dedication. We'll definitely be back.

Those who know me know that I only review if it's worth it... well, very high expectations were all met, an elegant place, qualified and friendly staff, an excellent selection of wines and excellent meat, you can tell that it's not just business, the owner (Gianluca) found the time to have a chat and sign his book for me, an excellent experience... the price, honestly, I thought I'd spend more.

I went here on the guide's recommendation, and it was the most delicious meal of my entire trip to Italy.
The T-bone was absolutely delicious.
The tartare was also a flavor I can't stop thinking about.
I wish I were a bigger eater! It was so satisfying that I wish I had tried more. I'd love to try some more.
Next time I travel to Italy, I think I'll add this restaurant to my Cinque Terre itinerary.
