Very good! Among the many delights we really appreciated the rolls with banana and fregola cream.

Aesthetically nice place, quick staff. I didn't like the food as the rolls were not very tasty, the soy sauce was too diluted, the sweet steamed bread was not cooked correctly and the cream inside was still frozen. I suggest providing more variety of rolls, paying more attention to cooking and not diluting the soy sauce or using a better quality.

Not only is the selection of sushi and sashimi exceptional, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of offerings that also include delicacies from Chinese cuisine, such as noodles and other treats. One of the features I particularly love about Nagoia is the menu with photographs of individual dishes. It's incredibly helpful to have a visual representation of what you're ordering, and I must say that every time my dish arrives, it matches exactly what I saw on the menu. The staff is extraordinarily professional, always attentive to the needs of the customers and ready to recommend the best dishes. The service is prompt without being rushed, which contributes to creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My favorite corner in this culinary paradise is the private table on the right, perfect for an intimate dinner for two.
