🟢FOOD: I will give 5 for the food. I went to few sushi restaurants around puglia for now this the only restaurant( all you can eat) i can say is morelikely to be compare with ala carta . Not salty , prepared carefully, tasty. 🟢 SERVICE : Owner, very friendly. The waiters are polite and professional. 🟢Atmosphere: the place is clean. Washroom is clean.

18/07/2025: Si mangia davvero bene e il servizio è molto cortese. È possibile pranzare/cenare anche all’esterno. Assolutamente consigliato!
16/06/2025: Dining at this restaurant was a true culinary experience. The kindness and preparation of the owner Simone accompanied us throughout the evening, his love for sushi and passion for his work we felt from the first to the last dish. The staff is courteous, never intrusive and always attentive to any request. And last but not least, the quality of the fish and sushi was the icing on the cake of this fantastic dinner. We will come back to visit you, without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you!

22/07/2025: We think it's one of the best all-you-can-eat sushi joints! The place is very simple, but we like it. The menu has enough choices for all tastes. The fish is always good and fresh. We're regulars, and they always treat us very well. Thanks to all the staff!
