suggerito dal B&B dove soggiornavamo, siamo andati in questo locale. ci hanno apparecchiato fuori si stava benissimo!! locale carino, personale gentile e predisposto ( ci hanno portato piatti vuoti per dividere le porzioni). serata passata bene in compagnia. l'unica cosa il parcheggio, un pò lontano..ma nessunissimo problema!!

Delicious restaurant in the Roman castles.
Excellent food, welcoming environment, friendly staff, medium-high prices but in line with the quality of the dishes.
Good choice of wines, all from local or neighboring wineries.

A wonderful, very nice and clean little place in a little street in Frascati.... excellent food and very friendly staff. Super recommended for both lunch and dinner!!! Prices are not low but absolutely worth it.

It's the second time we've been back and we will definitely continue to do so. Excellent food, with quality 0km raw materials and a menu that changes seasonally to always get the best out of it. The service is precise, fast and prepared when you ask for information on the dishes. The restaurant inside is very nice and well furnished, but the outdoor space is also excellent in the summer months. The price of the dishes is definitely adequate and never exaggerated. We recommend the bruschetta, the primosale with porcini mushrooms, the carbonara and the cacio e pepe. The desserts are also excellent.

Simply perfect. High-end location with well-kept and very comfortable furnishings, after a while you feel at home. Impeccable service, you are advised on a journey through genuine flavors and excellent quality. The unsurpassable chickpea soup, the sliced meat melted in your mouth, free-range chicken with peppers, a dish from times gone by. Sublime desserts and ultimately...an exceptional coffee, also super motivated and informative. Everything inside this restaurant makes sense and these days, that's no small thing!

Upon arrival we were opting to eat outside. But when we saw the interior design we immediately changed our mind. The place is really beautiful, with attention to detail and very welcoming. We also ate very well. The staff pointed out to us that the raw materials are local and the vegetables are from nearby gardens and in season. And the flavor and taste of the dishes confirm these aspects. Everything was delicious, from starters to dessert. Even the coffee was carefully chosen. Really everything perfect. Carlo the self taught chef loves food and it shows. Usjng classic dishes - say bruschetta - he brings inventive toppings and you get a choice of three. Then there are PROPER versions of roman classics like coda di vaccinara (oxtail madam), trip and a
‘Lasagne’ from the intestines of a lamb. Close yiu eyes and you’ll love it. For the less adventures the we wishes fillet steak with a specify Tibetan sause, roulades of pork and lots more. Splendid takes on Italian desserts Service is sharp and professional with his wife and daughter on the floor. A must visit.
