We had lunch in this little place in the heart of Frascati.
Super comfortable environment, you can see the dedication in attention to detail.
The menu presents itself very well aesthetically but the dishes included are also worth trying. Excellent quality of the raw materials and also the super interesting selection of wines with all Lazio vines. Discrete service I really liked the simplicity of the lady who, I believe, is also the owner of the restaurant who was kind and non-intrusive.
Very good desserts apart from the lavender sorbet, a particular taste but still worth trying!

Very good tavern of the Roman culinary tradition, the staff is highly qualified and can recommend excellent dishes and wines from the area, the strong points are the quality of the raw materials and the friendliness of those who work there. The place is truly a jewel of Frascati, magnificently furnished with prints and drawings from the history of the city of Castelli Romani, when you enter you immediately feel at home.
Warm greetings from Milan to Rossana and Fabio with the hope of seeing you again soon between a Vaccinara queue and a Primo Riserva to sip in company (after all Frascati is famous for its production of D.O.C. wines)

Very hospitable and welcoming place. Sublime food, flavors that are reminiscent of home (exquisite Roman tripe and oxtail as well) and which are authentic to the Roman tradition, courteous staff. I highly recommend it.
We return often because we define it as one of the places of the "heart": of the heart because in all their dishes you can perceive the passion and devotion for cooking. A traditional and familiar cuisine, exquisite and enveloping, combined with the colors of seasonal flowers that warm the convivial atmosphere. Once you try it, you never give up.

I had dinner at this place for the first time last Friday. Without going further, I found a very nice but familiar environment. Attentive, courteous and pleasant staff. The dishes are made with excellent raw materials and respect seasonality, well cooked and served with care. In conclusion, I think I have found, after years of visiting castles and having dined at various local restaurants, the hosteria of my heart ♥️

suggerito dal B&B dove soggiornavamo, siamo andati in questo locale. ci hanno apparecchiato fuori si stava benissimo!! locale carino, personale gentile e predisposto ( ci hanno portato piatti vuoti per dividere le porzioni). serata passata bene in compagnia. l'unica cosa il parcheggio, un pò lontano..ma nessunissimo problema!!

Carlo the self taught chef loves food and it shows. Usjng classic dishes - say bruschetta - he brings inventive toppings and you get a choice of three. Then there are PROPER versions of roman classics like coda di vaccinara (oxtail madam), trip and a
‘Lasagne’ from the intestines of a lamb. Close yiu eyes and you’ll love it. For the less adventures the we wishes fillet steak with a specify Tibetan sause, roulades of pork and lots more. Splendid takes on Italian desserts Service is sharp and professional with his wife and daughter on the floor. A must visit.
