N26 Tremezzo In Tremezzo

Our experience was really good at the hotel; good food, good service and we really loved our room facing the lake. The view is breathtaking . Not to far away from the hotel, there is a bus stop, a little shop "salumeria" whit a very friendly owner.

Staff was awesome, rooms very clean and what a view from the balcony of our apartment. Restaurant out the front No26 was superb. Staff were so friendly best night we had away by far. Thank you to the team at Hotel Bazzoni. I want to come back

Fantastic views, staff very helpful, very well run room cleaning, a few shops round about we were half board and felt some of the evening meals needed to be better cooked

Perfect for visiting the best of Lake Como.

Monastic room - the bathroom was barely large enough to support any object on the glass shelf above the sink (it was loose). After that it was loose from its base. The electrician who connected the switches must have run away from school because he either had all the lights on or only the reading lamp at the head of the bed. No parking,

Hotel Bazzoni is obviously a very affordable hotel, it's rated three star. It offers exactly the same views as the more expensive hotels nearby. The rooms are basic, not monastic basic but still basic. Our room was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed and lovely bed linen and a perfect bathroom. Housekeeping does a terrific job and linen is changed every two days. Breakfast is really very good. The dining room upstairs caters for coach travellers too and probably seats over a hundred. There is a pizzeria one floor above and a very smart restaurant at lake level. Dinner is faultless and is served by a team of some of the fastest, hard working and courteous staff ever. There is also a large and lively cocktail bar opposite reception. Busses stop close by and there is a water taxi station just across the road. Take the water taxi to Bellagio said to be "the pearl of lake Como" walk around the tiny streets then drink a coffee outside at the Hotel du Lac. Avoid the hotel Splendide..its not. Our trip to Bellagio went around the lake past the magnificent Villa la Cassinella in Lenno and Villa del Balbianello. Go down to Como on a boat from Tremezzo. Como is very slightly rough around the edges but well worth a visit. Come back to Tremezzo on the local bus the C10, the views are fantastic and you go past Villa Erba and the beautiful Villa d'Este. The Grand Hotel Tremezzo is only a short walk from the Bazzoni, worth a visit if you fancy rubbing shoulders with the occasional celebrity. We had a drink on a terrace there. It was lovely. On the way back we sat and ordered a pizza at the Red and White cafe..best pizza to date! Walk on a bit further and visit Villa Carlotta surely one of Como's most magnificent gardens and Villa. The Azaleas and Rhododendrons were out when we were there..just amazing. Have some ID ready if you qualify for an over 65 discount. Lake Como is surprising. Horticulturally and architecturally stunning with jaw dropping lake and Alpine views irrespective of the sometimes volatile late April weather. Pack for the occasional Alpine downpour and pack t-shirts and suncream for the other days and wear a pullover on the water. We visited Lake Lugano. Took the train in thick snow from St Moritz to Tirano. Spent a day in Milan..a must for the fashion conscious! If you like Italy, hopefully Lake Como is high on your bucket list. Give Hotel Bazzoni a try and enjoy one one of Europe's really old school destinations. Nick and Janet April 2025

Slice of Heaven on Lake Como! The staff delivered hospitality that was nothing short of magical! From Nilam’s omelette wizardry 🍳 (a breakfast masterpiece) to Nicole and Lourdes’ warmth, and even A bartender that looks like Gaurdians of the Galaxy Drax Bautist mixing genius cocktails at the bar – every moment felt like being spoiled rotten. Gaia and Dario at reception? Pure sunshine – they made every guest feel like family. Highlights: - Cake for breakfast? That's me sneaking a slice back to room to enjoy on the balcony with fine coffee. Guilty as charged! (Even a sassy toddler guest called me out – no regrets, it was thatgood.) - Location perfection: Seconds from fairy-tale lakeside views, and just a quick €4 bus ride from Como city. - Dinner with a view: The hotel restaurant (+N26) serves a divine steak paired with Lake Como’s glittering horizon. - Lake Como itself?Breathtaking. Every angle feels like a postcard – mountains, water, and charm that’s straight out of a dream. Bring a a pair of comfy shoes to enjoy the scenery. This place isn’t just a hotel – it’s an experience. Thank you to hotel staff filling our stay with laughter, flavor, and moments we’ll treasure. Already plotting our return! 🌊✨

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view from the balcony of the room is super beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower water is hot enough and has sufficient pressure. The staff are very friendly and willing to help if you need anything. Lots of choices for breakfast and two clean swimming pools. We drove there, and the staff also recommended free parking spaces. There are boat and bus stops in front of the hotel, and transportation is very convenient. The location is really great. Their own restaurant N26 is also really delicious, so remember to book a table in advance! I will definitely stay here again next time!
