Good location. We took a room with a lake view. But the breakfasts were bad. There is nothing to eat. There aren't even vegetables for breakfast. There is no parking.

Very good hotel and so close to the ferry to reach the entire lake como. Staff was very nice and the view is amazing

The staff were great thanks to Mr Frank he had a smile every time we talked to him,the lady that cleaned did a great job,and had everything smelling great thank to them,the front of house v good thanks 😊

The location is ideal. There is a ship stop right next door that will take you to Bilagio or you can get to Como. The service was a bit disappointing. There weren't enough vegetables for breakfast. There were none at all.
The sound of rattling dishes also disturbed us when we were sleeping. But this is probably only from the side of the church. If you take rooms, take this into account.

Great location of the hotel, but
- the first minus is that there is no parking at the hotel. The administration does not know how to park the car.
- the second minus is that there are no sockets, only USB. Again, the administration did nothing to help solve this problem.
I give it a 2 for the administration.

Great location, not expensive for half board and all inclusive drinks, good facilities and hard working, attentive staff.
Room with air conditioning and view of Lake Como (see photo).
Breakfast buffet is enormous and good quality.
Dinner is 4 courses with wine/beer/spirits/aperitifs and did not repeat the menu in the 5 days we were here.

A good hotel which is on the banks of Lake Como in Tremezzo. We stayed here as part of a tour with Leger travel for five days. It is a good base to get around and see the sights. Fantastic views overlooking the lake (room 752).
