Delicious ramen. I visited this place for dinner, and I have to say I hit the nail on the head. The ramen pictured is delicious; all the ingredients are fresh, and you can taste it. The staff is incredibly friendly. If you're in the area, I recommend trying it.

This isn't my first time eating here. I went back last night. As usual, the food is spectacular! It's a shame the waitress behind the counter treated us rudely, and looked at us with contempt from start to finish. Furthermore, when we asked for a lid so we could take away the leftovers, she gave us a dirty lid. We took it back, and she threw it at us. When you work with the public, you have to be really polite. If you can't handle that, you'll have to leave.

Everything was good, the waiters were helpful and friendly. The only flaw was that they didn't heat up my baby's milk...I forgot my hot water bottle to make the milk. I politely asked if they could heat it up, but they said no. And they don't have child seats.

Cirasella Pizzeria

31/03/2026: My husband and I decided to try this pizzeria. The reservation system is managed through an external website. We found the time slots (7:30 PM - 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM) a bit inconvenient; it would be easier to include a time slot between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Given the variety of times people actually showed up, it's unclear how restrictive these slots are. The atmosphere is that of a classic modern pizzeria: clean, tidy, minimal, and elegant. We would have liked a few more references to the name. The service is very friendly and quick, but perhaps a little "breathing down your neck," which could be a bit anxiety-inducing. But let's get to the main selling point: the pizza. Expectations were high, given the numerous awards displayed, and they were fully met. The Margherita, in particular, is phenomenal: it feels like bathing in a garden of fresh tomatoes—delicious. It's also possible to make small customizations to the pizzas. The dough is another of the restaurant's pride and joys: extremely light, well-aired, fragrant, and tasty. It's clear that the ingredients used are top-quality. The bill is a little higher than average. It's still one of the best in Monopoli! Recommended!
