07/03/2025: I thought there wasn't an unpleasant Bolognese on the planet. Then I entered here and changed my mind: the guy is really very rude and, out of the three times I found him, three times he treated me badly for no reason. But for me this is the best bakery in Bologna, their products are delicious and I will always recommend them. And I will continue to give 5 stars and return (in the hope of finding the lady who is delicious). I especially recommend the biscuits: baci di dama worthy of Piedmont, and then orange, chocolate and salt, seeds + wholemeal above all the others. The savory muffins are excellent. The bread is good. The breadsticks are a step below the Bolognese average. Prices in the Bolognese average.
