We dined at MuuLab in Pescara and were impressed by the quality of the food: the food is truly divine. Each course is meticulously crafted, and the ingredients are top-notch. Highly recommended! A couple of small points about the perfection: I noticed a somewhat excessive use of pea shoots as a garnish on almost all the dishes, which tends to overwhelm the aesthetics of the dishes. Furthermore, the music in some areas of the restaurant is a bit too loud, making conversation difficult. Other than that, it's an experience definitely worth repeating!
