Colobraro the town known for witches, evil eye etc. Giusy and her mother are exquisite people who, with passion and love for their territory and their work, make you live a beautiful experience. The other evening we arrived at this beautiful restaurant a bit by chance, without any reservation! They immediately welcomed us and quickly set up a table for 2 on a small outdoor terrace (with a partial panoramic view) the rest is legend!!! friendly and helpful staff hyper-efficient, good menu, ideal atmosphere, excellent oil. One of the 'kitchen/table relay' ladies who walked the various ups and downs outside the restaurant will forever remain in my memory! Have this experience!

If you are in the area you must try this place and buy a bottle of their oil:) The place is very nice and we all had a great dinner! The group also included vegans and an omnivorous person who doesn't eat cheese, the staff and kitchen were very helpful towards us. Local cuisine that celebrates local products including crusco pepper and pasta with breadcrumbs. Bread with home-produced extra virgin olive oil is also served: it has a strong flavor but does not "disturb" the palate. I recommend buying a bottle in the adjacent oil museum, it has nothing to do with supermarket oil. Personally very kind. We'll be back.

Location unica, il ristorante nasce in un vecchio frantoio. Proprietà e personale molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, il menù è fatto da piatti della tradizione colobrarese e per i più esigenti c è anche innovazione. Le intolleranze alimentari vengono gestite con cura.
