Excellent restaurant in the village of Colobraro.
You can enjoy local cuisine at an excellent price, starting with a plate of bread drizzled with the restaurant owner's high-quality olive oil.
For two, we spent €54 including: appetizers, a first course each, a quarter of wine, water, a shared dessert, a liqueur, and coffee.
Very friendly staff.
Inside, you can also see the old olive mills.

After the theater tour, we wandered through the streets and asked for information about dinner, and they recommended this place.
They told us it was full, but in a few minutes they set up a table for four of us, plus our dog outside. The atmosphere was intimate and truly charming, the service was fast, friendly, and competent, and the food was truly top-notch. Four appetizers, one of which was delicious vegetarian, made with local ingredients, were served with simple bread and excellent olive oil. Two first courses, a second course, and two side dishes. The aroma alone was a whirlwind of emotions, and the flavors of everything confirmed our expectations. We finished with a sorbet and two house liqueurs.
We hugged the chef for the truly sublime dinner.
We'll definitely be back.

Non capita spesso che aprano solo per te una sala ristorante e ti facciano sentire a casa come ha fatto Giusi, sommelier dell'olio, proponendoti piatti locali e piatti che utilizzano prodotti locali fantasticamente rielaborati. Abbiamo preso le inebrianti tagliatelle al pesto di olive e mandorle (prima di essere degustate, vanno apprezzate all'olfatto), un ottimo roast beef, una commovente torta "fatta in casa" con crema e more e siamo rimasti a chiacchierare sul terrazzo che affaccia sui tetti del centro storico di Colobraro come vecchi amici con Giusi e il suo staff sorseggiando liquore al bergamotto. Grazie dell'esperienza Giusi, grazie per la visita al Museo dell'olio, con la promessa di rivederci presto.
