What a party. Had a delicious lunch at Musciora in Alghero. Reserved a table on time and it was worth it. Enjoyed the fish menu with accompanying wines.

I had a very memorable experience here on my birthday. We celebrated my birthday lunch here and it was truly one of the most unique and enjoyable meals I’ve ever had. The food, service and ambience were nothing short of exquisite. A birthday to remember.

Excellent quality dinner, difficult to find a restaurant like this in Alghero. I recommend doing the tasting menu accompanied by a good local wine. Excellent experience, perhaps a little expensive.

Thank you very much Danilo for this Great experience. It was a big pleasure to eat at your restaurant. The food was innovative and very well made. All the dishes was beautiful and tasted wounderful.
We lovede em All but especial the onion soup was excellent.
The wine parring was great and all the wines were great and matched the food perfectly.
This evening was a perfect way to end our 2 week vacation in Alghero.

Couple's dinner.
Rustic, elegant and welcoming place.
We opted for the tasting menu "the real Musciora experience" so we could try the essence of their cuisine.
Each dish perfectly expressed the chef's idea and concept of cooking.
Of all the dishes, we were literally won over by the suckling pig and their specialty, cuttlefish with potato and pea cream.
As for the service, it was impeccable and the waiters were also very approachable.

Certamente la città di Alghero offre una ristorazione molto varia, da quella turistica di qualità molto bassa, a una quantità di locali che offrono nel rispetto della tradizione sarda piatti molto ben fatti sia di pesce che di mare, di qualità e a prezzi onesti. Il MUSCIORA è altro, la qualità dei prodotti e la tradizione si fondano in modo armonico in piatti di grande impatto gustativo/sensoriale e aggiungerei visivo. Complimenti a Danilo e a tutto lo staff, cordiale e preparato. Elogio a parte merita la lista dei vini che è improntata su produttori sardi, anche di nicchia. Meritatissimoa la menzione sulla guida Michelin

Siamo andati in questo ristorante con la mia compagna.
Arredo minimal, locale piccolo e curato nei dettagli.
Locale con pochi posti a sede all’incirca una decina di tavoli distribuiti in due sale.
Ci hanno gentilmente dato un tavolo rotondo più grande e l’accoglienza in generale è stata ottima.
3 tipi di acque a scelta, per il menù optiamo quello degustazione 8 portate con abbigliamento vini, una vera esplosione di sapori, abbiamo viaggiato tra mare e terra in un equilibrio di sapori e accostamenti veramente unici.
Danilo proprietario bravo a raccontare le storie dei vini e i suoi accostamenti con i piatti
Ritorneremo sicuro.
