Una de las mejores comidas que he tenido. Cada plato fue increíble con combinaciones de sabores nunca experimentadas. Tuvimos el menú de degustación de carne y vinos a juego, tan buena relación calidad-precio y la experiencia en el restaurante fue encantadora.

Un'esperienza culinaria che lascia la voglia di tornare e provare gusti nuovi. Il sapore dei prodotti tutti rigorosamente locali e di alta qualità parlavano da soli. Un tripudio di sapori e una combinazione di tecniche raffinate hanno dato vita a piatti unici nel loro genere. Un servizio attento e premuroso con una conoscenza del menù e dei vini impeccabile. I smelled in each dish all the aromas anticipated when the dishes arrived, a true culinary experience, I recommend it, I could no longer pass through Alghero without booking a dinner at Musciora.

...unforgettable experience as always ......pampered by Luca and Danilo in an impeccable way...the cuisine produces emotions plated to perfection...but today something happened that makes the difference between a restaurant excellent but cold and an excellent restaurant but one that enters the customers' heads and leaves an indelible memory...Danilo, after exchanging a few words with a customer, went away and brought a gift to the same...the customer cried for the emotion, I don't know what it was but for the customer was something important...this sensitivity is not for everyone...and this really makes the difference...congratulations...

Gastronomic restaurant in Alghero, a great experience, always positive surprises. Certainly more expensive than a classic restaurant, but so much more interesting!!! We had a earthy menu with paired wines (1 supplement - 5 glasses - for two it was enough for us). Great experience!!!

Eating at Musciora is not about approaching a common meal. Congratulations for the creativity and imagination that distinguish the work of the chef and the entire team. Excellent raw materials, as well as their valorisation. Fresh, engaging, tasty and surprising menu. What they offer is a true culinary sensorial experience. The service was of an excellent level, and contributed to making the environment even more satisfying than that offered by the structure which, although small (a strong point for me) is characterized by a considerable aesthetic and a certain research in design. I recommend a pre-dinner aperitif at the Musciora shop not far from the restaurant. Top in Sardinia, I have only seen one other place so exclusive and refined. I compliment and congratulate them on the work they are doing and hope they never stop.
