An incredible culinary experience at this restaurant recommended by our hosts. We opted for the seafood menu and it was a delight from start to finish. The dishes were original, perfectly cooked (special mention for the red mullet), and the service was top-notch. They deserve a Michelin star!

A very warm and welcoming service, with excellent wine recommendations and outstanding food. The portions were quite generous — next time, I would likely opt for fewer than eight courses.

Last Saturday, I finally went to Musciora with my wife, and it was a wonderful evening. Everything about this place is perfect. The dining room is understated and elegant, and everything is simultaneously simple and refined. The staff is highly trained and pampers guests in countless ways throughout the evening. And then the food, what can I say? It's a true experience. A journey through colors and flavors, contrasts and similarities. We savored the dishes first with our eyes and then with our palates, and each one surprised us in its own way. If I really had to choose a favorite, I'd say it would be the appetizers, which I found truly delicious, but let me be clear: I don't want to disparage the other courses. You can tell that nothing is left to chance here, and that there's a lot of thought and work behind every course, every ingredient, and every gesture. Thank you!

Finally, after two years, we managed to find a place that coincided with our brief stays in Alghero, but it was definitely worth it: an explosion of unique flavors. I was truly satisfied with the quality of the products and the flavors, and the service was excellent. The only flaw, if you want to call it that, is that the good things are served in small portions. Congratulations on your work.

I have been coming to Alghero for over 20 years. Last night my husband and I dined at Musciora for the first time. It was outstanding- we both enjoyed it so much. It favorably compared to 1, 2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants we have been to in Hong Kong and Paris. Really a great experience

We dined at this restaurant and were truly satisfied. The atmosphere is intimate and discreet, with impeccable service: the waiters are always helpful and smiling. The tasting menu options are interesting and well-researched, showcasing traditional dishes through the use of excellent local products. The onion soup is truly excellent, a must-try. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, a young, brilliant man with a great passion for his work. It's an experience we highly recommend!

Musciora isn't just a meal; it's an experience. This was easily one of the best, if not the very best, dining experiences we've had in Alghero. Every single plate that came to our table was a work of art. The execution, creativity, and above all, the taste of the food were simply impressive. We genuinely loved every single dish we tried. While everything was delicious, the appetizers were truly exceptional. The octopus, the cuttlefish, and the muggine were standout dishes for me – absolute perfection! The experience is made even better by the impeccable service. The staff was attentive and took the time to describe each dish as it was served, which added so much to the meal. The setting itself is stunning and creates the perfect atmosphere, especially for a date night. The lighting, the music... everything comes together to create a truly magical and romantic ambiance. If you are in Alghero, you absolutely must visit Musciora. Highly, highly recommended!

Amazing experience! I booked a table for my husband’s birthday and it was absolutely wonderful! I knew a bit about the place and that they serve a tasting menu, so I was expecting small, spoon-sized portions to try. Oh, how wrong I was! Please, don’t eat for the whole day before going you’ll be treated to an incredible selection of dishes and leave completely full and happy. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. To my taste, a couple of dishes were a bit too salty, but that definitely doesn’t take away any stars. The chef was incredibly attentive to my husband’s preferences, adjusting or replacing dishes that contained onions a very kind and professional touch. We were looked after so well from start to finish. It’s a wonderful place and truly deserving of its Michelin recognition!
