Yesterday we went to dinner at Musciora, what a great surprise! As we told the chef, only two restaurants have excited us. One is Ferran Adrià's Bulli. The other is Danilo Delrio's Muscuiora. The originality of its proposal between what you see and what you eat makes dinner an adventure. The very well-constructed dishes where the ingredients match and cause an explosion that made us enjoy one of the best dinners of our lives.

We had lunch at Musciora and what can I say: it was an unforgettable experience. When passion meets perfection! We chose the tasting menu "The sea and the fisherman" with the addition of fresh oysters of the day. I also chose the version with matching wines. The menu was a spectacle for both the sight and the palate with many surprises of new and unexpected flavors and tastes. The wines were paired perfectly. Everything was then accompanied by perfect service. Comprehensive explanations, kindness, presence without being intrusive and extraordinary friendliness. Thank you for this wonderful experience. And, since it is not to be taken for granted, thanks also for the attention in choosing the table considering the presence of our little dog, giving us a quiet and comfortable corner for him to sit down in peace too.
