I go back every year when I go to truffle in Alba. I have a great time, they are very kind, there is a good choice of cheeses. Both goat and sheep, without taking anything away from the famous tuma of Murazzano. I recommend it.

had lunch today at Penta di Murazzano. A sea of ​​appetizers all based on local cheeses (these are theirs) and cured meats (ditto). All very good products. Followed by first course, second course and fruit salad with cream. We stopped at the first one because the rest didn't fit anymore, excellent ravioli with butter and sage. All more than generous doses. Fast service despite there being quite a few people, the girls and Mrs Nadia (the grandmother) who is at the stove and instructs and supervises, are polite and nice. An experience to be recommended to everyone (better to book) and to be repeated as soon as possible. All for 25 euros.
