Special, excellent dishes are further enhanced by the explanation and passion of the owner, Mr. Basilio, and the wonderful cuisine of his brother, chef, Mr. Tindaro.
I loved the couscous, while my husband loved their special fried fish!!
What can I say... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very nice little restaurant, the raw fish was really good. I recommend it.
The owner, who works in the dining room with his mother, is super kind, so much so that they gave us some figs from their farm to take home, which were delicious.
If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely stop by. They're really good people who are willing to work hard to make the customer happy.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. The gnocchi were a little too hard. The pork and raw ham were good. Excellent service, with the owner and staff being incredibly attentive. Thank you for a pleasant evening!

A decidedly positive experience: excellent food, extremely fresh ingredients, and courteous service in a casual and pleasant atmosphere.
I had the cooked antipasti: five courses, each one better than the last. The fish arancini and albacore salad were absolutely unmissable, with their amazing flavor and freshness.
First course: spaghetti with tomatoes, shrimp, and burrata, perfectly cooked, with a balanced and decidedly delicious flavor.
I finished with the fried fish, which was truly excellent.
A must-visit if you like fish: simple, modern, fresh, and tasty cuisine, which stands out from the typical seafood options available in the Saracen Coast area.

A gem, a highly recommended place where authentic flavors and quality ingredients meet the genius and creativity of Chef Tindaro Ricciardo.
In the dining room, the staff at Murauto Bistrot welcome you and are always attentive to every detail, making the experience truly pampering.
I'd like to highlight the Chef's professionalism and attention to food allergies and intolerances: unfortunately, it's still rare to find someone who can accommodate food allergies without sacrificing flavor and creativity in creating excellent dishes by adapting their menu. Truly commendable!

L'eccellenza nella ristorazione e nell'accoglienza! Quando nulla è lasciato al caso, sommelier di grande esperienza e chef che a fine pasto viene a trovarti al tavolo per avere la tua opinione...abbiamo preso un menù degustazione ed in ogni portata abbiamo trovato la qualità della materia prima e la combinazione perfetta ed originale con ogni singolo ingrediente. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di più... semplicemente eccezionali!!! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie
