I loved it; the food was excellent: probably the best Japanese restaurant I've ever been to. The atmosphere was elegant, although I missed being able to see the chef at work, as the dishes were truly on another level. In my opinion, it would be even more beautiful aesthetically without the large window blocking the view of the kitchen.
The fact that there are options for celiacs and vegetarians is a huge plus.
The young chef brings a touch of enthusiasm and freshness that lightens the atmosphere, and I really appreciated it.
The waiter who served us was probably very busy and a bit distracted: when we asked about the special of the day and said no because it contained an ingredient I couldn't eat, we still found ourselves charged for it without it being served. I didn't have any complaints out of elegance and respect, especially since the bill isn't brought to the table but is paid directly at the counter, and I don't think it's polite to check each item at that moment.
Overall, an excellent experience. 5/5.

Very welcoming place and super helpful staff (my sister-in-law doesn't like raw fish and they brought her a selection of cooked dishes). The strong point is certainly the excellent quality of the raw materials. 5 stars are too few.

A true slice of Japan. Excellently prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and prices absolutely in line with the offerings. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff. We'll return again and again to savor the entire menu, including the "off-menu" options. Congratulations!

First time, on the advice of friends who have been to Japan.
Better to book because it was full even if it was Wednesday night.
And there is a reason... elegant and welcoming place, really helpful staff and top food.
I think I'll say goodbye to all you can eat.
I spent a little more because of the Japanese sweets... I wanted to try some... out of curiosity. Different from the usual dessert, good. I will definitely go back... little by little I will try everything, it's worth it.

Questo non è un semplice ristorante, è una esperienza. Lo chef che è anche proprietario ti accoglie e ti fa sentire incredibilmente a casa. Qui si può assaggiare la vera cucina giapponese (diversa da quella degli all you can eat) ma soprattutto puoi scoprire le tradizioni e la cultura giapponese.

La trattoria Murata (lo chef ci tiene a questa definizione) è un locale più unico che raro. Qui si può assaporare la vera cucina giapponese, preparata con passione e cura maniacale del dettaglio come solo un nativo di Yokohama potrebbe fare. Sashimi freschissimo, ma anche i roll non scherzano. Io ho apprezzato tanto le takoyaki, polpettine di polipo con maionese vegetale. Oltre ai piatti alla carta sono presenti degli spettacolari fuori menù e, se si è particolarmente fortunati, pure dei piatti unici preparati al momento dallo chef Hitoshi. A noi è toccato un delizioso granchio al forno con salsine vegetali.... che dire.... sembrerò esagerato ma a me questo posto mi fa impazzire! Anche il personale in sala è professionale, gentile nonché veloce nel servizio. A fine cena viene offerto un digestivo giapponese, io suggerisco quello a base di zenzero, il famoso "zenzerello".
