Tried for the first time, I tasted an excellent Sashimi Don and the Ume Roll. I liked the wide availability of sake. The price is in line with the quality, 32 euros for the sashimi don and 25 for the Rolls

Excellent Japanese restaurant.. that I have visited several times!
I found the flavors of local Japanese cuisine; not only sushi and sashimi but traditional recipes (hot and cold) in an excellent reinterpretation and innovation.
The restaurant is à la carte and not "all you can eat", absolutely appreciated the familiar and intimate atmosphere; also this typical of the small restaurants where I used to take refuge for a long time in Tokyo.
Thanks for the experience and the beautiful evening, we will definitely see each other again!

Premise: everything you read on the restaurant's website is true...Japan in Italy. We are talking about a truly incredible sensory experience, its fame now precedes it. We are at "Chef Murata's home", where the traditional flavors of Japanese cuisine meet the nuances of Western cuisine, without losing their Japanese originality. Each dish brings with it the history of a timeless culture, impacting the palate with elegance and authenticity. My wife and I tried several dishes, all very well-crafted both in presentation and in the balance of flavors. We were particularly fascinated by the eel in unaghi sauce, which I absolutely recommend! Noteworthy selection of sake for all tastes: you can really taste all the nuances.
I attach the receipt, just to give you an idea of the prices, perfectly calibrated on the experience lived. We will definitely be back.

First time, on the advice of friends who have been to Japan.
Better to book because it was full even if it was Wednesday night.
And there is a reason... elegant and welcoming place, really helpful staff and top food.
I think I'll say goodbye to all you can eat.
I spent a little more because of the Japanese sweets... I wanted to try some... out of curiosity. Different from the usual dessert, good. I will definitely go back... little by little I will try everything, it's worth it.

Nice place, as well-kept as the food. We went for dinner, we had takoyaki and noodles, everything was very good. The portions are not abundant, but just right. Definitely recommended!

Each course is an experience, a journey through the various Japanese flavors!!!! The Chef is top and the service staff is super professional and friendly!!!! If you ask yourself if it is worth eating here, the answer is…… certainly!!!

La trattoria Murata (lo chef ci tiene a questa definizione) è un locale più unico che raro. Qui si può assaporare la vera cucina giapponese, preparata con passione e cura maniacale del dettaglio come solo un nativo di Yokohama potrebbe fare. Sashimi freschissimo, ma anche i roll non scherzano. Io ho apprezzato tanto le takoyaki, polpettine di polipo con maionese vegetale. Oltre ai piatti alla carta sono presenti degli spettacolari fuori menù e, se si è particolarmente fortunati, pure dei piatti unici preparati al momento dallo chef Hitoshi. A noi è toccato un delizioso granchio al forno con salsine vegetali.... che dire.... sembrerò esagerato ma a me questo posto mi fa impazzire! Anche il personale in sala è professionale, gentile nonché veloce nel servizio. A fine cena viene offerto un digestivo giapponese, io suggerisco quello a base di zenzero, il famoso "zenzerello".
