Munus In Bardolino

We've been going to Bardolino for many years, sometimes 10 times a year. It's the restaurant where everything is always perfect. The food is always new and top quality, the service is very attentive, fast, and always friendly. The prices are absolutely fair. We're already looking forward to the next time. In 2025, I'm afraid I'll have to change my rating to minus 1 star. Why? The prices increased significantly from 2024 to 2025. The menu changed. It was actually good, but there's no beef on the menu anymore. Only pork. The prices are the same as for the beef, though. Prosecco plus €12 for the Cartizze! An Aperol Spritz costs at least €10.00 and can be as much as €12.50 depending on the ingredients. Given the competition in Bardolino, Munus is unfortunately no longer one of our top addresses. The staff is first class, but that's no use when management is so focused on profit. It's a shame, so on September 15, 2025, we went back to Munus for dinner. Things have improved a lot again. Two beef dishes again, very good panacotta for dessert, and tuna for the main course. The octopus starter couldn't be better. I ordered the beef cheeks. Finally, they were really good again. My wife's tuna was also excellent. Panacotta consists of three individual bowls with three different fruit/chocolate dressings. Very tasty. Tip: Just one order is easily enough for two people. So we'll be going there more often.

A stunning restaurant in a beautiful setting. The food was amazing. I read in other reviews that service could be slow but I didn’t experience this; actually it was the opposite, service was prompt! Definitely recommend eating here.

Nell'assolato e alquanto torrido pomeriggio, del due maggio, in quel di Bardolino, ci appare quest'oasi ombreggiata!!!! Due gin tonic e buona musica di sottofondo ci concedono dei momenti di grazia! Location su botte carina, così come il personale, prezzo puramente turistico....

En séjour à Bardolino, le hasard nous a fait découvrir ce restaurant en plein centre historique. Très beau cadre intérieur et extérieur, un service impeccable, une carte restreinte qui fait la part belle aux produits de qualité. Les plats tout comme les pizzas sont excellents. Il faut jeter un œil à la cuisine qui est magnifique. Bref, une très belle adresse à recommander
