Haven’t had a meal that was that good, perfect service, very nice Ambiente.

An idyllic place! The host is both discreet and always available, very pleasant and truly accommodating. The property is absolutely peaceful, perfectly maintained, and simply beautiful. The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. And all of this just 15 minutes from Parma! A fabulous stay! I highly recommend it!

We stopped for lunch on the way back from a week's vacation with our children and grandchildren on the advice of a friend. We had a great time and tasted the truly exquisite traditional Emilian dishes.

We stayed in this property only one night and in passing, unfortunately we could not fully enjoy the atmosphere, the tranquility and the cuisine. However, the staff was really very helpful and met all our requests or needs in a friendly way. The suite was welcoming, equipped with every comfort and very clean. We will keep it in mind for a future visit to the area. Thanks again

I stayed in this property immersed in the greenery of the Parma countryside after an evening in Bologna, with the excuse of visiting Parma and treating myself to a relaxing break. The setting is truly pleasant: a cozy and quiet boutique hotel, surrounded by the tranquility of the plains and embellished by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The soul of the place seems to be the restaurant (which I have not tried), very popular with external customers too, so much so that upon arrival I found the private parking lot completely occupied. Check-in took place at the restaurant cash desk, managed by what I assume to be the owner, as well as chef, receptionist and factotum. A kind figure, certainly, but a bit too centralizing: the welcome was a bit hasty and confusing, with no explanations about timetables, spa or Wi-Fi (the password was not indicated anywhere and I did not feel like going back to the restaurant to ask for it, since it was already evening). The room, on the other hand, pleasantly surprised me: spacious, modern, tastefully furnished and – above all – perfectly air-conditioned, which is no small thing on an extremely muggy day. However, I was surprised by the lack of a minibar and, even more so, the lack of a complimentary bottle of water. Considering the price of the stay (€175 for one night), it is a detail that makes the difference. I had to ask for a bottle of water to bring to the room and place it in the cellar. The pool area is nice, well equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, but unfortunately not as enjoyable as I had hoped: the water was full of insects and the lawn infested with biting flies. After a while, I preferred to take refuge in the internal spa, modern and well-kept, even if initially turned off: I had to ask the manager to turn on the sauna and Turkish bath. Fortunately, he was very helpful and the hydromassage was already active. The most painful note was breakfast. At 8:30 I found only sweet options, all containing butter or milk, and nothing that was vegan or at least lactose-free. The manager asked me what I wanted, but not knowing the options, I limited myself to a hot tea, some blueberries and an apricot. Too bad, because shortly after, when checking out, I saw other guests having breakfast with bread and eggs, which were never even offered to me. I would have gladly enjoyed them! Overall, the structure has great potential and you can see that there is passion, but the experience was not consistent with the expectations related to the price and the context. I appreciated the gesture of the owner who offered water and the tourist tax, but I think that with a slightly more organized management and less centered on a single person, this place could really become special.

Posto appena ristrutturato, ora anche con camere e servizi vari tra cui la piscina. Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante, veramente molto ma molto bene. Cantina di qualità. Professionalità e cortesia. Dà provare.

My partner decided to book dinner + overnight stay for my birthday. When we arrived at the facility we already noticed the attention to detail and the relaxing, rustic and super-kept environment; further confirmation was given during dinner (we chose exceptional fish dishes) and upon arrival in the room, a junior suite organized in every detail (with a kit containing any product for personal hygiene) as well as with a level of cleanliness above expectations. The icing on the cake was the small but wonderful spa, equipped with a hydromassage pool (very hot and super relaxing), Turkish bath and sauna, which we were able to use in a "private" way (due to the absence of other customers at that time) the same evening of our arrival. Last but not least, the availability and kindness of the managers and the dining room staff. An experience to absolutely repeat. Congratulations. Alessandro and Sabrina.

Outstanding location. Great atmosphere. An old water mill beautifully restored. Host very welcoming. Great spa. The food was great and the choices of wines was varied and excellent. Great place to spend a week end !!!!!

Abbiamo trovato al volo su questo sito questa stupenda struttura ristrutturata recentemente. Dista 15 minuti da Parma, in una zona calma e molto tranquilla ma con non poche attrazioni turistiche: il castello di Montechiarugolo, quello di Torrechiara, la Fondazione Magnani-Rocca sono tutte mete raggiungibili in pochi minuti con automobile. Le camere sono molto grandi, complete di tutto e arredate con gusto. La presenza di un’area giorno separata, con vista su un delizioso giardinetto, è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. La spa è un piccolo gioiello in cui non manca nulla. Tutto è pulito e ben organizzato. Dalla vasca idromassaggio, grazie alle grandi vetrate, è possibile godere di un bel panorama sul giardino antistante, in cui si trova una piscina esterna e delle sdraio. La sera abbiamo deciso di usufruire del ristorante che fa parte della struttura. Ci sentiamo di consigliarlo per varie ragioni: innanzitutto la comodità, poi per il gusto raffinato e la genuinità dei prodotti. La colazione è continentale, ma si strizza l’occhio anche ai prodotti del territorio. Complimenti e grazie a tutto lo staff gentile e professionale.
