04/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Officina del Sole, a splendid structure immersed in the hills of the Marche, and we were thrilled from every point of view. Welcome with great professionalism and courtesy by Pamela, impeccable head waiter, we immediately felt at home. Before dinner we were offered a wonderful 360° tour of the structure, between uncontaminated nature, breathtaking views of the hilly landscape of the Marche and a postcard sunset. Around, very friendly free rabbits, which contribute to making the atmosphere even more authentic and relaxing. The dinner was a triumph of flavors: traditional dishes, original and prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The portions are just right. A special mention deserves their extra virgin olive oil of own production - a real gem that enhances every dish. Officina del Sole is much more than a restaurant: it is a complete experience, between gastronomy, nature and sincere hospitality. We will definitely return.
