The buffalo mozzarella is very good. The lactose-free stracciatella is also worth a try.

The best ricotta I've ever tasted. A little less, but still excellent, mozzarella and burrata knots. There's a decent selection of other hard cheeses and other typical Apulian products like taralli and almond biscuits. If you're heading towards December, I recommend the Apulian oil with Coratina olives for those who love strong-tasting extra virgin olive oil... it's a bit tingly, but it has a wonderful aroma and flavor.

Se si vuole mangiare bene questo locale offre ottimi e gustosissimi spunti. Per la "spesa" la scelta dei latticini e varia e ottima. Se si chiede un consiglio il personale gentilissimo offre ottime alternative. Se poi si vuole assistere alla preparazione una vetrata permette di apprezzare la maestria dei lavoratori che con rapidi passaggi preparano al momento ottimi latticini.
