Mozzabella In Modena

Typical place in the center of Modena, worth seeing, very characteristic.

I had a very good time in this place, thanks both to the very competent and friendly staff and to the food which was very good. The pizza dough turns out to be very light and soft and the crust remains nice and high. The only "negative" note, given that the tables are outside despite the mushrooms placed for heating, in my opinion you can't eat without a winter jacket. Despite this, I highly recommend it in all seasons.

We were not fully satisfied. The pizza, distinguishing between the dough and the topping ingredients: the dough is really light and very tasty, one of the best eaten in Modena. However, the quality of the ingredients is the opposite, that is, disappointing. Taken pizza with mortadella and pistachio; the first is of low quality, the second is actually tasteless. The service is ok without a doubt, but considering the place (a semi-open local market), very small tables and overall rating of the pizza, toilet located externally on the upper floor, the overall quality/price ratio is not favourable. In short, pizza restaurant prices and bread + cover charge €2.00 cannot be applied. So I don't feel like recommending it.

A nice little place to eat on the go. The service is pleasant and the pizzes, made Neapolitan style and with quality products, are delicious. In addition, good value for money.

A l’intérieur du marché couvert Albinelli au milieu des marchands. Une très bonne surprise. Pas touristique en tous cas le soir. Pizza excellentes avec pâte très fine et aérienne. Des ingrédients bio. Nous avons testé la Fiocco di Parma qui était la meilleure pizza que nous ayons mangée depuis bien longtemps. Nous recommandons très vivement.

Una esperienza magnifica. Per caso capitati al mercato coperto per pranzo e incuriositi ci siamo tornati anche a cena . Ottima là qualità dei prodotti, sapientemente lavorati per renderli piatti unici. Pizza ATOMICA !!! Per finire ENRICO. L’Oste come pochi sanno ancora farlo; il cliente è il protagonista della serata . Coccolato e curato in tutto . Grazie davvero a lui e a tutto lo staff . Merita la sosta anche se solo di passaggio a Modena.
