I recommend it to everyone, a real pizza starts with the slow leavening, the ingredients are all of excellent quality, they are true gourmet pizzas, very kind staff.

First time. We had a wonderful meal. The pizza was delicious, with a special dough that was light and fluffy right through to the end. The fried snacks were fantastic and not at all greasy. Special thanks to Alessandro, Martina, and Mike for their kindness, friendliness, and politeness. The wait was minimal. I highly recommend them, even just for a quick bite to eat!

The Mercato is a hidden gem with little restaurants like Mozzabella. It is worth seeking out. Mozzabella has a lovely and complete menu. I had a DELICIOUS margharita pizza and wine. The crust on the pizza was tender, fluffy and flavorful.

We called here Monday 9th June 2025 for lunch. Greeted and shown to out table Great small menu Service and food was teriffic. The pasta was simply wonderful The pizza so light and tasteful. Watching the 2 guys in the kitchen, you can see they have passion for the business. All round superb and would highly recommend. Thanks Mozzabella !

We had lunch at this restaurant in the Mercato delle Erbe, we had a mixed cold cuts platter with fried gnocco and a salad, excellent quality cold cuts and sublime fried gnocco. Very clean place. Friendly staff. Highly recommended place. Filo e Betta Genova

31/10/2025: On the recommendation of a friend, I come here for breakfast with some croissants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is small and unseated, but the counter is stocked with both savory and sweet options. We ordered: Pan au chocolate Cream donut Chantilly croissant Pan suisse Of all the pastries, the pan suisse was really good, with a lovely contrast between the cream and chocolate. Overall, the others were also very good, and I have to say the cream fillings were generous. My least favorite was the pan au chocolate, because I might have used more chocolate here. Another thing to consider is that everything costs about €3, which isn't cheap. Even if it's very good, it's okay to indulge in this kind of treat every once in a while.
