Two families dined at Moulin Cardè, and the experience was truly enjoyable. We had an outdoor table with a breathtaking view of Lake Bracciano, in a refined and relaxing setting. The fried foods absolutely won us over: crispy, light, and with surprising flavors—special mention for the borage and zucchini flowers, simply delicious. We also enjoyed the pizzas by the slice: soft, well-seasoned, and perfect for sharing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was perfect for an evening with friends. Prices were a little high, but overall, they were appropriate for the setting and the quality of the experience. We'll definitely be back!
