We stumbled upon it by chance. It's a restaurant with a beautiful location, far from the crowds and well-run by women only. Cinzia is the best 🔝 Highly recommended, we'll be back! (moment 😂)

A delightful location in Anguillara Sabazia overlooking Lake Bracciano, very romantic for couples but also perfect for groups and families, thanks to its proximity to the "Pescatori" park. The pinsa is a must-try, and the carbonara is also very well-made!

An exceptional culinary experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by smiling and attentive staff. The menu offers refined dishes, prepared with fresh and perfectly balanced ingredients. Every bite was a true journey of flavors, and the presentation was almost worthy of being framed! The atmosphere is both welcoming and elegant, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food!

This fantastic place run by equally Fantastic Girls is absolutely a must in Anguillara Sabazia, their pinsa is nothing short of phenomenal, top quality ingredients and cooking, suggestive view of Lake Bracciano, friendly atmosphere, top service.

Two families dined at Moulin Cardè, and the experience was truly enjoyable. We had an outdoor table with a breathtaking view of Lake Bracciano, in a refined and relaxing setting. The fried foods absolutely won us over: crispy, light, and with surprising flavors—special mention for the borage and zucchini flowers, simply delicious. We also enjoyed the pizzas by the slice: soft, well-seasoned, and perfect for sharing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was perfect for an evening with friends. Prices were a little high, but overall, they were appropriate for the setting and the quality of the experience. We'll definitely be back!

We booked, and my partner and I had a great time once again, enjoying pizza and fried food. The beauty of the lake is perfect for a restaurant that stands out for its quality food and friendly service. We thank you and will definitely be back.

Easter Monday lunch. 12 people. We arrive very late due to heavy traffic! We were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism despite the circumstances. Family and rustic location. Wonderful view, surrounded by greenery and practically on the lake shore! Fast, friendly and attentive service! Cinzia, the head nurse, SUPPORTED our every request, maintaining a smile and supporting the pace of a full room, CONGRATULATIONS..! The quality of the food is good and homemade! Price more than adequate for the product, the location and the service of the girls! Electra pampered us great! What else can I say?!? We have to return to savor certain emotions again! Thank you 💪

We stopped for an aperitif... then we booked a table for lunch. The restaurant has a splendid terrace overlooking Lake Bracciano. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful: they made us appreciate the relaxed and informal atmosphere. Excellent quality/price ratio.
