26/11/2025: Tiramisu at Keiv Ristorante is an absolutely heavenly experience. The very first bite literally freezes time—the intensity of flavor, silky texture, and perfect balance of sweetness make it difficult to compare. Perhaps the closest thing to truth is that it tastes like first-time sex: surprising, delightful, thrilling, and memorable. Add to that the magnificent view of the gorge, which creates an absolutely unique atmosphere. Dinner becomes an experience, and tiramisu becomes a dessert that not only tastes good but also moves you. This is one of those places where the food and the surroundings combine to create something truly magical.

24/11/2025: Wow! We had our best culinary experience at this restaurant during our visit to Matera. We stumbled upon it while looking for a place to eat, and it exceeded our expectations. The service was very fast, a little careless, but it was adequate. The food was the best part, especially the orecchiette pasta and the brasato di manzo, with its melt-in-your-mouth meat—a must-try. The desserts were also delicious and generously portioned; we ordered cannoli and puff pastry.
