Morus Sapori & Sentori In Polignano a mare

A true excellence! A perfect combination of quality (supreme), flavors (extremely delicious) and combinations of ingredients (natural but sophisticated result) ... but the real surprise is that the staff, starting from the Guardian Angel (Angel by name and in fact responsible for Sala) in his knowledge immediately entered into harmony with us guests (12 to manage together) with education and competence in giving us meticulous information on everything we ate and savored (because we truly SAVAGED WITH TASTE), then the Final surprise from chef Samiro (heard, born in 2000) who we deliberately wanted to know because we were almost incredulous that such a result was from a very young boy and therefore we asked to personally congratulate him (because a deserved compliment is only an incentive to continue along this path with passion and dedication)! Pasqule the owner, also very young, with his sister, have set up a reality that cannot be missed if you are in Polignano and surrounding areas.. Guys... really congratulations! Catherine! We will return soon and tell everyone about you!

It was our first visit to Polignano a Mare and we were very lucky to come across the right restaurant for us. Excellent Apulian cuisine: fresh, authentic and with a lot of heart! Great service with Angelo!! He introduced us to Puglia from a culinary perspective. The restaurant is also in a uniquely beautiful location, right near the famous cliffs in a newly created, very well-kept square. We'd love to come back! Thanks to Angelo and the entire team♥️

Excellent wine/champagne list, friendly, professional and efficient staff We started with raw seafood and carpaccio which were all of excellent quality, the tagliolini with sea urchins and the baked fish in stew were fantastic. Unfortunately we didn't have desserts but nothing to say about the red mulberry sorbet to try! We will definitely be back

Great food and excellent service by Angelo! Raw shrimps are very fresh and tasty. I also recommend the white truffle. Tiramisu is very special.
