It was absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend trying the salmon appetizer and the shrimp and truffle pasta 🤍

Great seafood restaurant. Went here for lunch on an offseason Friday afternoon for lunch. Food and service was excellent. Great selection of wine too.

Dinner at Morus, in the heart of Polignano a Mare. A refined location, a pleasant atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff. Well-crafted dishes, made with excellent ingredients and meticulously presented. An overall solid experience that lived up to expectations. Recommended for a quality evening.

Both Pasqualo and Angelo provided excellent service. It's a touristy restaurant, but the quality is very high. The sea urchin pasta was especially delicious, and all the pastas were delicious! And the tiramisu at the end was worth a try. Of all the dishes I had in Italy, it was the most perfectly seasoned.

04/02/2026: A pleasant surprise for its taste and variety. There's a family history behind this fish bar, which churns out excellent sandwiches, poke, and other seafood delicacies. But my favorite is the fried fish. Unrivaled and delicious. I can't think of another place that makes such a delicacy. Well done, well done, keep it up!!!
21/12/2025: I ordered a poke to go. What can I say? Quality ingredients, fresh produce, and excellent service. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Ristorante Menelao a Santa Chiara

10/03/2026: A special day. The refined, welcoming, and atmospheric atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. The staff was kind, smiling, and very attentive. They were always discreet and ready to offer advice, along with the owner. The dishes were simply wonderful: carefully presented, rich in authentic flavors, and prepared with quality ingredients. Each course was a little surprise. A place to return to, not just to eat well, but to create more wonderful memories.
