Very attentive and caring staff from the new chef, who clearly intends to improve the quality of his dishes. The food is very good, as are the desserts! I recommend it.

Excellent service from Angelo, always friendly and very welcoming. His hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the food was exquisite. We had a glass of wine, a main course, and dessert. I highly recommend everything!

We had a lovely lunch at Morus in Polignano a Mare. The food was very good and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sun. Nicola and Angelo were attentive and gave us some great recommendations. Overall a very nice experience.

Ristorante Pizzeria Braceria "Al Raffaello"

19/06/2025: We were there a few days ago, the atmosphere a little too soft for me, the staff is kind and welcoming. We tried 5 types of panzerottini (excellent), a spaghetti all'assassina (good) and a couple of beers. The bill a little expensive (it's true that quality has to be paid for).
13/06/2025: A highly recommended restaurant, with plenty of options for celiacs, super delicious and beautifully presented food, and a very pleasant atmosphere with the music that made us feel right at home. We look forward to returning and trying other dishes!
