Salumificio fronte stazione a Bologna, piccolo ma ben fornito. La fila fuori mi convince sull’acquisto di tre panini. Molto buoni, grandi e sfiziosi. Do il Tre stelle per il solo fatto che è quasi impossibile mangiarli perché impacchettati male. Consiglio al proprietario di rivedere come servirli. Andate e provate

Piccola location davanti alla stazione centrale di Bologna, in esposizione ci sono un sacco di prodotti molto invitanti; tortellini e panini con la mortadella a gogo. I prezzi non son molto economici ma le porzioni sono abbastanza abbondanti. Se vuoi un panino con prodotti tipici da mangiare al volo prima di partire direi che questo posto è molto valido.

16/12/2024: I agree with many reviews more or less of the same type, yesterday in three people, we took two green tagliatelle and one Tortellini in broth, the tagliatelle absolutely anonymous without taste, the Tortellini in broth banally much tastier than the tagliatelle, then two skewers of real of pork and ribs with 24 hours of marination, here too without art or part. In my opinion these dishes should be tasted and then offered, at those prices when you do the first tasting the impression should be one of amazement at the good taste you feel, which has not happened apart from the Tortellini. As far as waiting times were concerned, the problem was ours as we had a commitment. I hope that this review is taken as advice and that it can be with a positive purpose and not as criticism for its own sake.

Give me 4 women like here! Full of desire to do, they work in the kitchen between simple things, flavors of the earth, of the world of nature, they put 5 boxes of vegetables, colored them and built ZAZIE... between CUS CUS, guacamole... brown rice... .excellent beer, simple and effective environment.....
