Excellent aperitif! We had two glasses of Pigato wine with fries and opted for the plate option, which really surprised us. The fragrant and fragrant bread, with cheese and pancetta, served with a drizzle of Ligurian extra virgin olive oil, was delicious, and the oil perfectly enhanced the flavor. The focaccia we requested is the authentic Ligurian variety, soft on the inside and full of flavor, truly appreciated.
